I received excellent help from James. Investigation work was though with detailedimages. Due to the nature of the damage, the drone had to go to DJI which James handled and informed me every step of the way

My Mini 3 Pro has been damaged in flight a couple of times now, and I've always used DroneDrop Off for my repairs.

James is knowledgeable about vast numbers of different drones, and incredibly helpful when it comes to putting together a repair plan.

I was surprised by how reasonable the prices were - particularly compred to the prospect of replacing the drone completely.

All in all a fantastic company and a great service.

The only downside is - knowing James exists encourages me to fly more recklessly than I otherwise would 🤣

Excellent customer service. 5*. I had previously left my drone with another company and after a week they hadn't touched it. So I collected it and left it with drone drop off and had it back in 48hrs. If you are wondering whether or not to use drone drop off, save yourself the energy checking other companies and send it to them. You will not regret it. Will be my go to for all drone repairs in the future. Drone drop off has earned themselves a customer for life. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

James at Drone Drop-off delivered a five-star service with clear and prompt communication. I had some severe damage to the arm of my drone and it looks like new again. There was a small bit of damage to my drone too that I wasn’t aware of which James highlighted with pictures and explained what would be required for the repair. If I ever need my drone repairing again (hopefully not) I will definitely be using Drone Drop-off, fast, professional and without compromise!
