I was scammed as well.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
i paid for and never received the Christmas present for my son.

Ordered online, payment taken only to find out the drone is being shipped from Australia. I doubt it will arrive before Christmas & has made a crap year even crappier. No response to any messages, clearly a scam!

Avoid using drone planet Uk...or you’ll be disappointed like me!!!

Absolutely a scam , they should be ashamed of themselves , they are a disgrace to human society , don't touch them with a barge pole .

Drone quality Parrot Disco FPV Drone Full HD 1080P just awful! Not only is the price tag too high, but there is also a problem with its battery. It discharges too quickly, it lasts for a maximum of 20 minutes, and then it is cut down and the picture disappears. I do not like. I don't know about other drones in this store, but I don't want to buy drones from them anymore.

They are still scamming. Paid by PayPal and there was no tracking until I asked.

Then it gets interesting, a tracking number by an obscure Australian shipping was given. All seemed legit at the start, but started to see the package round trip. Sent from 1 country to another country... Checking further, the tracking company has zero internet presence (shipping company cannot be found by Google).

When I queried the round tripping (tracking number was received by a gmail, not dronesplanet email) they went silent.

Requested for refund and investigation from PayPal.

Don't order at this website!! It doesn't exist, they don't have a company in the UK but in New Zealand. The phone number doesn't work and they won't respond on anything. Luckily I bought it via PayPal so I got all my money back. But don't order!

Complete Scam! Still hoping to get something back. user Adiansower is not responding to any message on website, email or paypal.

Ordered through PayPal of course, August 30, 2019. Product not delivered, no messages responded to, phone number doesn't work, shop not listed in Lion Yard shopping center as being there.
PayPal shows payment going to "Adiansower" with no contact info. Bet that name keeps changing so the SCAM goes on a tad longer.

Haven't received the product yet but I'm extremely concerned that their only contact number is an incorrect number, I've messaged them 4 times asking for a contact number and an update on my delivery. No one has gotten back to me. I'm very worried and very upset after spending hundreds of pounds on their products. Their store address is fake. I called up the shopping centre that they apparently have a store in and the shipping centre said they get a lot of calls asking about this store. Do not trust this company. It is a scam.

Update: they never got back to me so I opened a dispute with PayPal. PayPal said the company never got back to them, so they're refunding me. I hope PayPal freezes their account soon because their whole website is a scam and they shouldn't be allowed to keep taking payments.

DO NOT USE......Based in New Zealand for a start, bought drone for £269 and immediatly regretted it, found out not uk based at all and asked for refund, refunded £200 only now ignore emails, lucky I bought on Barclaycard so claiming it back as fraudulant......

Don't make the same mistake !, not just untrustworthy but what happens if you have a fault ?, return shipping to NZ ??????

This is a scam website. The phone number does not exists and the physical shop also does not exist on the given location in UK. Invoices are sent via the same address but new Zealand as Country where this address also does not exits. Shippments are sent but from Australia and are put on hold somewhere during the journey.
