This website is a scam

This website is a scam!
I still haven’t received the drone I ordered a month ago, stupidly I didn’t read the reviews on here until around 3 weeks after I ordered. The email address on the confirmation email and the email address on the website don’t work, all the emails I have sent bounced back to me. This company definitely isn’t UK based, despite their misleading website.

When I finally got in touch with them via the contact form on their website I said I would be returning the drone if it ever comes, due to finding the exact same one for £18.99 and described as a child’s toy. Despite me paying £140! They then went on to tell me that they do not refund sale items, which funnily enough every item on their website is on sale. I advised them that this is illegal (looking on the government website) which they don’t seem slightly bothered about.
Currently the battle is still on going, thankfully I paid on my credit card and have been refunded.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The website looks very legit but it isn’t!

Why is this 'company' allowed to operate?

How can this company be allowed to operate and scam people? Why is this not investigated? They are clearly in China, disguising as a UK startup, fake web front with a customer service bot that does not work at all. Tracking information is pointless. And the website is full of weird grammar mistakes. I wish I investigated this before buying anything from them. They need to be reported for fraud, absolute scum.

Total Nightmare

This is obviously a Drop Shop company that promotes a product that they then get shipped to you from China.

Please ignore the delivery times as with many the 72hrs and 9 day delivery is a myth and it was around a month before it arrived. I discovered that it was only dispatched 8 days after purchase and this was because i persistently chased them for evidence of postage.

When it arrived it was basically a child's toy. It was in a DT box with DT leaflets, but the internal case was by 4DRC and the brand on the Drone was marked WiseX, this allowed me to track down the same drone on other sites and surprise surprise. The product that I purchased for £499.99 reduced to £249.99 is available on Ali Express for £24.

Other lots of unclear data, it claims it can fly for 3Km away from the controller, but the video link only works for 80metres. Not sure how you are meant to control a Drone 3KM away if you cant see twhere it is once it goes past 80metres.

The advert said 30mins flight time, other companies like 4DRC who are selling it say it needs 2 batteries for 3o minutes.

Needless to say I didnt even bother to try and fly this toy, started the refund process which I am not hopeful about and a claim back on my credit card.

This is the product I actually got at a 600% markup. Scammers.

Look up 4DRC 4Dv14 to see the Drone you will actually get. Scammers

This is the worst company i've ever…

This is the worst company i've ever dealt with.
produce ordered mid December 2023. website looks professional and states 72 hours delivery. Forward to mid January and drone delivered. its clearly not a £176.00 product. more like a children's' toy.
The product is also faulty, so emailed them, only to receive another link to the instruction manual, which I already have. further emails later, and I still keep getting sent to the same link to a set up manual. PLEASE DO NOT EVEN THINK OF BUYING FORM THIS "COMPANY" !!! its a shoddy outfit.

Said 3 days delivery. Ordered on 6 Dec, still waiting. Courier tracking still only says 'ordered'.
Contacted their customer support who said its on its way and could be delivered faster than promised. Wrote to cancel as I am still within their 14 day cancellation off period. Still no reply. Emailed several times. No reply.

I wouldn't even give it 1 star

I wouldn't even give it 1 star honestly save yourself the bother this company is most definitely not in the uk. I've waited weeks for my drone and still it's not turned up. Their customer service is nonexistent really wish I did a little more digging before purchasing from this scam outfit. Items are most likely coming from China. I also emailed forbes and they have never heard of Dronetech uk. I have also checked with companies House and its not registered in the uk. Honestly don't buy from this company it should be shut down and the owners should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.

Do not waste your money!

Got the drone lite for a Christmas present and the instructions do not even tell you how to fly it. The battery lasted in the air for 5 minutes and its so hard to control with the remote. Just shows you get what you pay for and cheap just doesn't cut it if you want good quality shots.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I wish I read these reviews beforehand. I bought the dronemotion lite for my partner for his birthday, paid a bit extra for 4K. The drone barely works, only shoots forwards, the camera is more like a camera I had on my phone 10+ years ago, the item is VERY cheaply made. I found out after I bought it that it’s actually a Chinese company. I called my bank to see if I could get refunded as the company didn’t get back to me and I was told that on the terms and conditions, it states that there’s no refund on sale items! Everything they sell is on sale, which means no one gets refunded! So disappointing.

Disgraceful product, poor quality, wouldn't even give one star. Will be contacting Trading Standards Association as well as reporting them for selling equipment that is falsely advertised.
