Amazing customer service, but also outstanding products. I order my fruit powders here to add to my coconut yogurt. Their products are carefully packed and have amazing flavours. I 100% recommend!

I placed an order for 3kg of product two weeks ago, and the goods never even left the Netherlands. The payment has already been taken.
They don't answer the phone or emails.
I'm seriously worried and hope to get my money back.
I don't recommend it.

I'll probably have the company's lawyers write to me

After the review, they handled the issue quickly, I received a refund and canceled the order.

I ordered with them several times, everything more or less smooth so far. Now I put another large order - and nothing. No shipment, no reaction, as if the order went into void. But payment has been taken in full. And absolutely no reaction to any of my connection attempts via email and WhatsApp. Hugely disappointing! Unfortunately, a stay-away for everybody!!

Update Mar 16: As you can see in the response below, I got a more or less immediate reaction after submitting my review here. Most importantly, I also received the shipment - including some apologies. Due to this, and the fact that several orders before went very smooth, I'm increasing the review. Still, this should obviously not be required to receive the goods you paid for.

The delivery was quick and well-packed
Ordered 4 kinds of fruits but 2 of them (pineapple & mandarin) had a cooking taste. So I assume they were overheated during the process
The mango was cut into very small cubes which made it unpleasant to eat it as snack. But maybe useful to add it to your yoghurt.

Placed the order on Sep 28th, have not received the order, have not received any update or response to my email. They claim to ship the orders on same day if ordered before 4 pm but cannot even ship after 3 days even the product is in stock. I wish I have read the reviews here before I placed the order. Stay away!

Edit: The day after I posted this review, I received a response via email together with a track & trace code and received the products today. Based on the response, I am changing my review to 3 stars and the reason I cannot give a higher rating is that the "orders before 4 pm are shipped the same day" claim is still on the website and even after so many negative reviews, the owner does not accept the fact that this is misleading information and should be either revised, or at least the customers should be informed of any delays when they placed an order.

A large variety of options, good quality, and quick delivery. Definitely will be ordering from here again.

Order placed September 28. It is now November 29 and the order was not received. Both me and my wife have tried to contact them multiple times using the website contact form, but we have received absolutely no response. I strongly believe that this website is a scam. Do not buy.
