I have been working with them since 2021 for my website. I sell lingerie and I am on Shopify. They are reliable, respond very quickly, and are honest. Orders are shipped the same day. The only issue is when we are assigned a new contact person, we have to explain everything again. But otherwise, I recommend this company.

Responsive Team and Competitive Pricing
We’ve been working with DS China for our international order fulfillment and overall the experience has been positive. Their team is responsive and pricing is competitive.
That said, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. Reporting is currently done manually, which adds some extra steps on our end, and the tracking platform is Chinese-based, which can sometimes be less intuitive for our customers.
Still, the strengths outweigh the challenges, and we appreciate their effort and support.
