Not good.

The website done for me was unprofessional, images out of sync when asked about this was told thats how the images come out, looks rushed, terrible and cheap looking, only the basics have been done, for £300 you do expect abit more, i'm having to pay someone to redo the site to look professional and ready to use.

Firstly apologies that your website does not meet your expectations. This is why we show our demo websites to our clients prior to even creating the website. This means you had the opportunity to view what your live website would like like prior to purchasing a website, so its surprising you mention the website is cheap looking even though you decided to pay for it in the first place.

Nevertheless, you were also advised on how to change the theme and template to something more suitable for your taste and needs. Hopefully you are able to benefit from our trainings and other resources in the platform that come with the membership which are worth way more than £300.

in the beginning I was having issues…

in the beginning I was having issues connecting to my web page to change anything I was blocked and lets say very frustrated! I emailed support over 60 times I know lol but they stayed patient with me and kept in touch until everything was resolved. that was very important to me keep up the great work

Initially I was hesitant about this…

Initially I was hesitant about this opportunity. I researched the company I couldn’t find any bad reviews. My experience has been great! Quick replies from customer service setting up my website. I asked ALOT of questions. I thought they would get tired of how much I contacted them but they answered every question and walked me through the steps. I appreciate this service it was less confusing than I thought it would be. If you are interested you should try it..it’s worth the investment. They even did my logo for a very reasonable price. I’m just getting started but it has been good so far. I can’t wait to make my first sale!
