the site has more blocking and security…

the site has more blocking and security measures then availability, it constantly prompts to verifications and doesnt let user change email, it will block ip from receiving payouts therefore making it fraudulent. some links have malware and will make your computer unuseable, it doesnt have customer service its just a puppet email, if you register with another email all your withdrawls will be pending and not paid

You reset my ACTIVE account and I've lost XRP

Dear Admin,

Yesterday night (Philippine Time) you have announced via Facebook that you will reset inactive account? May I ask, why you included mine? I've been active since day 1. Because of that, I've lost hard earned 0.14+++++ xrp from 13 March 2023 to 5 April 2023. In the lost points includes the 250,000 points won from lucky roll only two days ago. This is quite unfair. I hope you will return my earnings.
