First time using Dr Organic Aloe Vera toothpaste and its so nice and feels good to use it.
Never use big brands like colgate,aquafresh,you name others shocked to see how much industrial chemicals to design to degrade your teeth daily they into profits not caring for your teeth even the dentist recommended the big brands should be honest and transparency to be honest.

Just got a reply from the company to my previous review of the Dr. Organic vitamin e body lotion in which I expressed my disappointment at the change of ingredients.
They removed all the ingredients bar one and said they made small changes. They said it's kinder to your skin, I had to take an antihistamine after using it.
Please don't treat your customers like fools by telling lies and being disingenuous. Will never buy from this company again 🤬

On order although the items were shown in stock I was informed after payment there would be a 4 week wait which was inconvenient but no big deal . We’re 3 weeks past that date the goods have not arrived , they won’t respond to any messages, I’ve had to contact my merchant to get my money returned

I have used this product for more than 8 years and it's the only product that worked for my skin. Recently they changed their packaging and so did they change the product. It's now leaving behind a white cast when you apply it unlike the previous one that was just clear and only took a few minutes to dry up before dressing. Also I noted the new one is made from Belgium unlike the previous one that is made from Italy. Could they please bring our original product back,we are suffering those of us with sensitive skin.

I was gifted some Rose Otto body lotion which I frequently use. Totally saddened to find the smell is definitely not the wonderful rose smell it used to be. I use the body lotion, hand cream and face creams but will now stop buying them due to this change in the ingredients.

My wife got me the Tea Tree footcare routine for xmas, doesn't smell like much & certainly not tea tree which is disappointing the routine to be followed is strange because it starts with a nail solution that takes an age to dry, after which a heal balm should be applied which is greasy then a foot spray is to be applied over this , which leaves the skin damp. Hardly a procedure to be followed daily.
Replied with the obvious no mention of lack of Tea Tree & now foot cream separates with clear oil need to sort product quality

I used Dr Organic Hemp shower gel when I have eczema. It said help eczema.
First time after shower itchy . Eczema bigger .
Next day feel burning and even more bigger and itchy .
About a week I changed to another shower gel First.
I thought dr organic shower gel good, it’s painful experience. Won’t buy again

I’ve used Dr Organic Vitamin E body lotion for years and years. I always buy in bulk when there’s a good offer on. When I did my last order and it arrived, I saw that the packaging had changed. I didn’t think much of it until I used it and the lotion is completely different now. It’s a different colour, texture, and it’s much thinner and doesn’t moisturise your skin. Your skin feels tight and itchy after applying. I’ve now got about 12 bottles that I cannot use. I’m going to return them and demand a refund. I’m gutted and I really don’t know what I’ll use now! If I’d known then I would never have ordered such a large amount! As others have said, the ingredients have changed for the worse and obviously to save H&B money! Well, H&B you’ll also be losing customers!! I’ll be buying a better quality product elsewhere from now on. Please be more transparent and label products if you change ingredients- it’s only fair to the consumer!!

Would give five stars for the fragrances of Dr Organic roll-on. Let down by the cheapest/nastiest/poorly made container/applicator on the market.

They've changed the formula. I've been buying the moisturiser lotion with Manuka honey for years and the last time I found it very different: a strange smell, runnier and it feels overall cheaper. Then I checked the ingredients and compared them with my old bottle: they've watered it down and removed so much good stuff!! Probably to avoid "shrinkflating" you've decided to use cheap stuff and increase your profits. Your greed is going to cost you a customer, I'm never going to buy anything from this brand because you've lost my trust.

After using this Companies Aloe vera body Lotion for some time and being very pleased with the quality and feel of the product.
However, The product packaging has recently changed from a squeezy tube to a more solid upright dispenser type...not a problem! The purchase through Holland & Barrett even stated its new packaging.
However, the product is a completely different product with a totally different feel, texture and consistency. It also doesn't go as far.
Checking the back of the container showed the ingredients have been totally changed. With the quality items such as Coco Butter, Olive oil and others now missing.
Apparently this has all been done not just to this product but several others also. All in the drive to get another Organic Certification.
This is typical of when Companies get bought out as this one has been by a Belgian Company.
Such a shame as was a good home grown Welsh Business, won't be buying anything in future.

I contacted the company regarding my order to chase it up and the kept me up to date with all aspects of my parcel journey. The items were packaged and well and they smell wonderful, would definitely recommend

To clarify, i never review stuff. Much less shampoo. Also im a big snob, im predisposed to disliking almost everything. I bought the tee tree shampoo, the anti dandruff conditioner and the aloe vera body wash. At first obviously i was skeptical, the packaging looks like it hasnt been updated since 2006 and the information given was kind of plain and sterile. What i soon found out was it isnt that other cleaning products are superior, its that they’re overcompensating. Dr Organic shows no signs of being noteworthy (from the price to the packaging down to its placement on the shelves), but from the minute it hit my skin i knew it was different. Viscous, but light and unburdened. Able to cover almost every spot you take it, stay there and take the dirt with it on the first try, and most importantly actually FUN to use. I found myself washing and GIGGLING like a ticklish infant, annoying tasks like lathering the scalp had all the fun of being a toddler in a paddling pool.

To conclude, the lack of brand placebo might make it a bit difficult for people to give it a go, and the limited scent availability might matter to someone somewhere, but overall if you want a good washing experience thats available in a supermarket theres nothing better than this at the moment.

I WILL be buying more.

Bought their skin expert day cream with royal jelly & Manuka honey body lotion for the first time last May in Holland & Barrett. Loved them both. I bought them again recently & do not like them. The smell of face cream is not pleasant as it was previously & the body lotion has lost its lovely honey smell. It's also not as lush in texture, feels dryer & is making my skin itchy. Very disappointed though I had read reviews before purchasing for the first time & it did seem to suggest that products can be inconsistent. I now believe this to be the case. I'm adding to this review now because I've looked at the ingredients of the Manuka honey body lotion Which used to have organic Manuka honey with cocoa butter for naturally hydrated and softer skin, but this newly shaped container says rice bran oil instead of cocoa butter as an ingredient with the organic Manuka honey. No wonder my skin feels the difference & is itching. It's not as rich, or soft as it was, plus there's no lovely honey smell. Sadly I bought two containers. What a dishonest thing to do Dr. Organic. The label on the new container should clearly state that product ingredients have changed, not just the container. I'm lodging a complaint with Holland and Barrett also & will return the items. Badly done!

Dr Organic's Customer Service is outstanding. I have an allergy to a certain ingredient in cosmetics and they took the time to email me an extensive list of products that do not contain Linalool. Their products are excellent and value for money.
