I made a purchase 2/11/22 from what looks like a very legit website. I received an order acknowledgement via email but have heard nothing since, Sent emails, used their website live chat option and sent enquiry via the website but no response. I also tried the mobile number listed on the website - 07516 198708 which is a non operational number. I googled the registered company No. 13179468 and it belongs to a company called Skinbylight Ltd with the owner being Boutaina Sallali is a 23 years old (1999) Moroccan citizen appointed to 1 company as director. I have contacted my credit card company to report the company as a scam and start a dispute claim to hopefully retrieve my money. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Please avoid buying from this company. Purchased order 4085 but didn't receive any communication/reply despite numerous attempts trying to be in touch with them with regards to the delivery. This is a SCAM!

Ordered on 11/10/22 and still not received. Shipping times on the website are stated as 6/10 days. No tracking number provided…no further information provided - despite multiple emails sent by me. I have raised a dispute through my bank to try and claim the money back.

Total scam! I just asked my money back and still waiting for the answer.

I received my pen, but I wish I’d read the reviews before buying.
After using the pen only three times the pen is stuck on 1 and will not turn off. I tried with and without the power cord but nothing works.
I sent a video of this happening to Dr Pen customer service and received no reply. I followed up with another email as I wouldn’t expect a £100 machine to fail after only three uses but still no reply.

A complete scam of a company. Avoid and save yourself money and the hassle.

it’s a shame as I now don’t know if it was a genuine product and they’re useless or this is just a scam company. I would have repurchased cartridges for years if it had worked.

Shocking. Ordered my item. Didn’t arrive so tried contacting. No reply, on their messages on-site. Each time I did this locked me out saying website down. Email is fake. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Take our money then nothing 😢

Fake pen with fake verification code

I stupidly ordered from this website as it looked pretty genuine and only realised after making the purchase that it was a scam site as i didn't receive order confirmation. On the same day I contacted them via the website to cancel the order. I never heard back. I was advised by my bank to see if the product arrived and if not to contact them after 15 days. Well today the product arrived and looks very genuine. It even has a scratch-off verification code which can be verified at www. drpenreal. com and this site will tell you that your product is genuine. However, this website is also fake and if you visit the *genuine verification site* through www. drpenofficial. com/verification you will find that the verification code on your product is not registered.

I will be opening a dispute with my bank when 15 days has passed and will be reporting this company for selling counterfeit products. The genuine Dr Pen products are made in China and clearly these are just dupes also made in China but I am not willing to risk using a fake cosmetic product which could cause serious harm.....

After I made the payment, no confirmation email has been received. I tried to contact them since but completely got ignored. Definitely scam! Please stay away!

This website is a scam.

They take your money, send you a Yodel tracking number and then keep stringing you along with excuses.

Watch this website and seller its a scam, also never received an item which i purchased, i open case with PayPal awaiting refund. They send you fake tracking details and keep fobbing you off

Not sure how real this website is. The website is called drpen.me.uk. only noticed after I placed an order. It says 6-10days for delivery but I'm on day 7 and still no update about it being dispatch. No reply to my emails from customer service either. Going to ask my bank to chase and claim money back as fraudulent hopefully.

Just received my M8 pen and I’m super happy it is a genuine pen I was put off and confused by other reviews but you need not worry it is real the customer service at this company is excellent answering all my concerns the price is very competitive so to all that are thinking of buying here o would 100% recommend happy shopping;)

This site doesn't seem to have good reviews but I didn't have any problems with my order. A6s arrived 8 days from ordering. I also checked the QR code and it is a genuine Dr Pen. I'm very happy with my experience with this company.

Be careful, they are not the official Dr Pen distributors. The site looks official etc but its is not. Their website links do not work, no phone number. If you look at the website its actually drpen.me.uk which is misleading.
I didn't realise until I started having problems with my order, its been several days and nothing has arrived, its coming from China not UK., not that this is a problem but they should say where they are based so the buyer can decide to purchase from a supplier who can get the product to them within a shorter time frame not 12 days!
