My experience with this company started off on the wrong foot due to unexpected customs fees. I ordered a microneedling pen device from their website, which was in euros and had a `.com` domain, so I assumed the transaction was local. However, I later found out that I had to pay additional customs charges, which wasn’t clearly communicated at checkout.
If you're ordering from outside the UK—especially from Spain, like I did it's important to be aware of potential customs fees. Unfortunately, my package got stuck at customs, I was charged an extra €100, and in the end, it was sent back to the seller. The resolution process took quite some time and effort, which was frustrating.
That said, after some back and forth, the seller fully refunded me, which I really appreciate. While clearer communication about customs fees would have saved a lot of hassle, they ultimately handled the situation fairly.
Because of that, I’ve updated my rating from 1 to 4 stars.
