DRS Labs Stil Has Not Sent My Order From 10/22/2018! BUT I NOW HAVE IT
On 10/19/2018 I placed an order on DRS LABS which I later found out was on backorder I paid for it on Zelle but did not put an S at the end of Drs when I sent it through Zelle. Wells Fargo notified me and I notified you and discovered the missing S. On 10/25 I resent the $310.54 through Zelle. On 11/16/2018 I emailed Natalie Johnson letting her know that I had resent the money and asking her when my order would be shipped. I received no response, so I emailed Natalie in December and also completed the customer service form on your site on 12/21/2018 asking about my order. I have not received a reply. Later I read on this site that someone else who had placed an order on 10/16/2018 was having the same problem. This person had found out there was a major server crash and that you were in the process of recovering your customer emails and orders.
I emailed DRS LABS last week to inquire about my order. It has been more than 3 months. They stated that the recently received some stock and are processing backorders in the order received and that my order would go out Monday.Tuesday of this week and they volunteered to apply a 10% discount to any future order. I am waiting to see what happens, but will be going back to my bank if I don't receive the order.
DRS Labs was always an honest company, I am surprised at the turn of events.

UPDATE:
On 1/23/2019 I wrote to drs-labs try to get a status on my order. I advised them that I could not afford to forfeit the $310.54 I had sent in good faith and asked them to refund me if they were unable to send the product.
Unfortunately despite them telling me that my order would go out in the next couple of weeks; DRS-Labs never came through and I have not seen the order or a refund of my money.
I filed a complant with Wells Fargo and asked for their assistance and after 3 weeks they determined that they could not reverse the funds. I went through Zelle, and requested a refund and have not received the money or a response.
The DRS-Lab site has a banner on it now that says:
We apologize for the inconvenience and delays in response time to your orders and correspondence. We had some delays in processing orders during the holidays and have recently gone through a company restructure. Please be assured that we are establishing normal operations and are aggressively working to process your orders. We greatly appreciate your patience and loyalty! Sincerely, DRS Team.
I would like a refund of the money. Also there is a new address on their site. Rather than the UK, it is now referencing an address in Reno, Nevada called DRS Research.
I have also filed a FRAUD Report with the Consumer Protection Agency Internationally and in the United States.

Right after I wrote my bad review on Trustpilot, I received an email communication from Andy. He told me that he had taken over DRS-LABS 3 weeks ago . Apparently he had inherited a big mess. I was really pleased when Andy told me that he was going to send me my order out of his own pocket and also give me a 20% reduction on any future orders. Andy also stated that he is investing his own money to remedy all the many issues from the former owners.
I know this review is late in coming, but I was very pleased when I came home from my vacation in May and discovered that I had received my order. I believe that Andy is a person of great integrity and that DRS-Labs will be back on track. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

I also ordered in October (16th) - update 21/11/18
I also ordered in October (16th), 3 weeks ago, and have not received the order nor any response despite sending numerous emails and messages. I have never had a problem with DRS previously so I am obviously concerned something is wrong. The one star is directly related to the silence in response to my multiple contacts, not the previous excellent service.

I was informed by DRS a few weeks back that they had a major server crash and were in the process of recovering their customer emails, orders, etc and that my order would be with me in a few weeks. Although my order has not arrived yet I am confident they are being genuine. Original one star for lack of contact revoked as its certainly feasible as to why.
