Shady and misleading

Jumped through all the hoops in their checkout process only to find that 1) a major brand product that was supposed to be deeply discounted was "no longer available, and 2) the site would only apply a fraction of my gift card balance.

It's shady and deceptive. What a waste of precious time.

Absolutely will never do business with…

Absolutely will never do business with PetCo On-line Pharmacy again. Formerly Dr. Foster & Smith, this takeover by PetCo has resulted in abysmal customer service.

First, their website is a nightmare to navigate. Was exploring the possibility of repeat delivery of a prescription and was accidentally signed up. Found no way of getting out of it. Then I get a call from my vet that PetCo is wanting confirmation of the prescription. I called Petco to cancel the order, was told it was cancelling, then find my credit card had already been charged. Three days later, I find that the order is still "in process", not cancelled at all. I chatted with one of their Customer Service reps and was told to give it two days and it would get rectified. Of course, the next morning, the company told me the order shipped. (So much for waiting two days ...) I've gone on the website to cancel any future repeat order multiple times and IT WILL NOT CANCEL!

I was also supposed to have received a 30% discount for the first order placed under their repeat delivery program. One rep said the prescription didn't qualify (which it did as I went back in as a guest, put it in the cart, and received the discount). Another rep tried to tell me that because I ordered it a year ago, it did not count as a first order, eventhough that order was NOT on their repeat shipment program. Oh, and their representative couldn't even get future repeat orders to cancel. They are a nightmare and have one excuse after another why they can't do something. It used to be great when it was Dr. Foster and Smith. DO NOT USE!
