Purchased the Spectra S1 pump which I needed short notice where Amazon was going to take too long for it to be available and delivered. I fortunately found Dr Silberstein's website after a quick online search for the pump and was a very fortunate find. Not only did I get the pump within 2 days but it arrived packaged well as promised and was reassuring buying such from an infant feeding specialist. On another note, after I had an urgent concern which I messaged Dr Silberstein about, she very kindly and swiftly got back to me with sensible advice. If we need any of her services in future, we will certainly be in touch. Really appreciate all of this and would highly recommend her clinic!

Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing. I have had a very difficult breast feeding journey, I was thrown curve ball after curveball. One of my main problems has been low supply. After a consultation with Dr Silberstein I feel like I am finally going in the right direction. Things are improving 1 week in.
She is incredibly lovely, kind, caring and supportive.

Great consultation
Dr.Silberstein listened to me with all my concerns and goals and set a positive plan for me going forward. I am now 1 week after consultation and seen vast improvement in my supply.

Our team reached reached out to you via the email address you provided when you placed your order on 9th July, 11th July, and 16th July regarding an issue with the shipping costs on your order. The website's shipping pricing system adjusts according to value rather than weight, which resulted in the postage charged not covering the actual shipping costs. We offered two options: to proceed with the order with an additional £2.50 for standard delivery or to send three of the items and refund £4.99.

Shocking delivery time
Ordered on the 3rd Feb, paid for delivery and item is not expected to be delivered until the 15th Feb! 12 days for some lactation supplements is shocking! If I’d have known I would have ordered elsewhere however nowhere on the website or upon ordering states that is the expected delivery time! I would not recommend and will not be using again.

Very quick dispatch and clear…
Very quick dispatch and clear communication. Great products. Sunflower lecithin and Legendairy Milk productions really make a positive impact to my supply. I was struggling pumping enough for bottles when I’m not going to be able to feed directly and these resolved the issue.
