I suffered from a quite severe car crash a few years ago and this has led to me having some memory loss issues. I was drawn to this site via an affiliate marketing link and was attracted to the free bonuses and some of the retro style slots this group has. One day I’ve logged in and been offered 25 free spins and from these 25 free spins, I managed to win £100 (I don’t have much luck gambling) so this was quite surprising. When attempting to withdraw there were no issues.
I later received a text message asking me to contact support live chat. After doing so, I was informed by a particularly rude person that I was not able to claim my winnings as I had another account with them and this means I am not eligible to claim any free bonuses on the account used, therefore my winnings are “voided.”
After explaining my issue regarding memory loss and asked why I was not informed of this when setting up an account with them, why I was gifted the free spins in the first place if I’m not eligible to claim winnings from them or why I was even allowed to withdraw at the least, I was accused of being a problem gambler and belittled.
This kind of treatment and service is an abomination and companies like this are the reason the general consensus of online gambling is negative.
Please avoid this company at all costs, save the headache that comes with winning.

You I put 5 pounds on and received 12 pounds free.
Brilliant!
You then use your money first then the bonus money which you cannot withdraw if you win.
Got through 17 pounds in 4 minutes without a single bonus spin or win.
This happens time and time again on all in touch games sites which I play regularly.
I advise using a casino site which gives better payouts and odds if you are betting small amounts.
I really am learning that gambling is a useless thing to do as losing your money is not entertain anymore.

Read the majority of bad reviews so that you can go in with your eyes wide open. This website is incredibly poor at communicating. I tried to discuss with them multiple times how i would be able to deposit money however the rigid list of questions and validations their, probably, minum wage staff had go through before even entering a conversation gets in the way. If you do finally get to talking with someone they're a bit snarky. Not only that but when you reply to what they have said, they them reply saying you need to answer all the validation questions again. And if you don't remember the last game you played or your last amount deposit then tough.

Very bad experience.. I made my first deposit on the offer of 10 spins for 10 days but didn't receive it, talked via chat with an agent and after way too long waiting for replies was told to wait 1 to 2 mins for them to look into my account 7 minutes later I was disconnected by them leaving me infuriated. I’ve read so many reviews about this company not paying out but so happy when I received my winnings. Took about 3 days all in, I definitely don’t work for them as some people have said positive reviews must be from employees. I only had to send proof of address and driving licence. Really happy 😊

Would be zero stars if I could
Would be zero stars if I could, awful site DO NOT use! I have been waiting for a withdrawal because they want unrealistic ID, I put the withdrawal through for £230 in April and was asked for phone bill and bank payment proof to support up to the date of withdrawal! When I explained that would be in mays bill and it doesn’t get paid till the end of may I was told I would have to wait till then. By then it will be nearly 8 weeks waiting and I’m sure when I do send the correct evidence that want they will change it and want some other unrealistic ID.
Once I get my winnings I will be closing my account and deleting the app. So if you want to get scammed out of money go ahead and use them!
