Booked for an appointment to change iPhone battery at Bond Street Station branch. On the day, when I arrived the store was closed. Waited for about 20 mins hoping someone will be there. Unfortunately, no one came. No payment was made for the appointment so I decided to come next day.
Next day, I explained the situation about the store being closed the previous day. The head technician apologised about the inconvinience and offered to give £20 discount which sweetened the deal. iSmash team handled the situation brilliantly. Would visit again.
