I had my first Botox appointment with Kristina and couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was lovely, incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions, which really helped put me at ease.

As it was my first time, I was a bit nervous, but she reassured me throughout and made the whole process feel comfortable and professional. I’m already really happy with the results so far – there’s been a noticeable improvement in the areas I wanted to treat.

Absolutely loved the microneedling treatment! Skin looks plump and hydrated already. Kristina is so kind and welcoming, you really feel heard and she tailors the treatment to your needs and goals. I know she will always advise me honestly if something will be beneficial for me, regardless if I want the treatment or not. You want to be able to trust your aesthetician, and with her you can! I love that she focuses on a natural look with visible results. Can’t wait for my next treatment :)

Dr Thornton stands by what she says in terms of ensuring her treatment and approach focus on subtle enhancement and natural appearance and I really appreciate this. I was hesitant about looking overdone prior to my first treatment and Dr Thornton took the time to explain the procedure in full and answer all my questions. She encouraged me to take my time to think about it before going ahead, which tells me she is focussed on her clients' needs above all else. I went back and had botox and have been delighted with the result as well as the value for money for the stellar service she offers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her, thank you!
