It was my first time there. The woman at the desk was very kind and helpful. I believe her name is Jeanine. The counselor also was very nice, very soft spoken. The nurse practitioner Megan was very understanding, she listened to what I had to say and really helped me out making decisions for myself.
The whole staff there are very nice. I felt real comfortable being there.

The people at recovery connection, are compassionate, understanding, and very helpful. Tammy is an excellent therapist, she has helped me immensely. I have never been to a program like this that has been so good is what they do and I have been to one other clinic. The manager of the facility Pauline is very friendly outgoing makes me feel very comfortable and it’s a joy to know. And Meagan is also very helpful she listens to my concerns answers any questions and does a great job. Thank you all for everything that you do!

Staff and secretary were great. Also doctor was very kind and understanding, was a big help. However my issue is with having to start from the beginning with weekly visits then gradually work my way back to once a month which I have already done this. Reason I came to recovery connection was because my Dr was leaving and I was referred there. But it’s not right that I have to miss work once again weekly then by weekly until finally monthly. Could you please address this issue to someone who may be able to help me continue my treatment as opposed to starting over… this has already given me the idea to use. Which have you is not something that Would be in my best interest.

Went for 1st time in beginning of October. Everyone there where very kind. They care about you. And made me feel comfortable.I would refer any one to them. Ty

Labs aren't always on point!!!! Mess up sometimes

I was ignored by a counselor and she sent a report saying that I wasn't there. Im going for help yet I was treated in a way that I don't matter. I was obviously waiting for counseling and then I was told Im all set after I saw the doctor. I go here for help yet I get a negative report sent to my PO. Why would a place that I go to for help try to put me in jail? I thought treatment is better than going to jail, yet this place does the opposite. Im stuck with this place so hopefully I will get a little more respect as a patient. I was sick with corona, I had a surgery that was rescheduled because of it and I was looked at like intentionally was looking for meds when I showed up with my brace on.

I love Recovery Connection. The staff is fabulous, very helpful and always pleasant. Dr. Burlas is the best as well. He makes you feel great about the hard work we all do to stay sober. Best suboxone clinic I have been to and I've been to a few over the years. I wouldn't go anywhere else so long as its my choice and I recommend RC to anyone I meet that needs help.

I have been a patient at recovery connection for about I think maybe five and a half years and I really enjoy the people that are there they are very very nice and they go above and beyond your expectations to help you and make you feel comfortable God I've been there longer than the doctor and the staff because they switched them all out there was one person before that I really like there but it doesn't make a difference because the staff is incredible even the counselor is amazing and usually you don't want to bother talking to the counselor but this lady makes you want to talk to her it's a great place if you're serious

There isn't one time that I have gone there and been greeted with the utmost respect. It's a wonderful thing in today's world. They are Always accommodating To any situation I may have on being able to get there as I'm old and disabled! Both my wife an I adore Carol and Dr. Prakash. They make the visit fun!!

I have gotten clean and stayed clean for going on 4 years the employees here are very polite and treat you very normal and no judgement I love it

I have been going to Recovery Connection for sum time now, and I can’t think of any other place that I prefer to be.. I am being treated by professionals , that at one point of their lives they were wearing my shoes..so who could understand me better than someone who not only have a degree.. but has on hand experience with what I’m going through “and” has overcame their personal obstacles to become the professionals that they are today.. now, I don’t know about you.. but. When I’m going thru life’s trials n tribulations and I talk to my (very attractive counselor I dare say),.. you know in your heart that the words you are hearing didn’t just come out of a text book.. they came from experience and first hand knowledge…. As Dr. Spoc would say..”This is logical”……. Just sayin…😉

Thank you Recovery Connection Attleboro!!!! Carol is friendly preforms her job with proficiency. She's easy to work with and cares about the patients. Dr Raskin saved me life.

I love this place they are helping safe my life I was addicted to heroin and meth for 15 years of my life all the staff are great and kind good hearted people thank you all so much and Carol is funny and will make you smile no mater how down you are

Carol is THEE main reason I go here. When I first called she made me feel so comfortable, and that was just over the phone. She always works with me and my flighty schedule with a new job, no transportation at times and living arrangements being very difficult. I prob drive her crazy but she never let's me know it. The drs are very good too, they actually ask questions and listen. As well as the counselors, Colleen and Geo have been a great support for me. It's few and very far between to find a place that can really work with you during this horrible time in your life that your trying to get help. It's usually do their schedule or leave..but that is sometimes very difficult to do. So I appreciate them immensely.

I love everyone that works there especially Carol and Dr. Raskin. I could go to the office in Worcester, but I don't mind driving out there because the energy and vibes I get from those AMAZING PEOPLE. That's why I choose recovery connection in attleboro. Trust and believe me, there is no better place to get help from.

These are the best set of people anyone can ask for. I’ve never felt so at ease and at home.no matter what they are all willing to work with you at any cost. They have the absolute best receptionist and Dr. combo you will ever find in any Recovery Connection office..The receptionist goes over and beyond to make sure everyone gets what they need. I’ve never had a Drs office make me feel so comfortable…Ever

I've been at the recovery connection in East side for a few years, and in my opinion if you're serious and recovery ....
this is the right place to be although I think they could hire a"friendlier"work staff the doctor, and the counselors, are very helpful, courteous, and receptive to courtesy !
Let someone help you recover... at recovery connection (one day at a time) !
