Ridiculous postage costs!

Saw a reduced golf shirt - nice colour, my size available. Postage cost was over 50% of the cost of the shirt itself (posting to N Ireland!!)
No point reducing the merchandise & then ripping customers off with postage!!

TERRIBLE - DO NOT USE!

TERRIBLE! DO NOT USE! I recently used Druids for the first time to buy a white polo top and red mid layer for a special event at our club which requested specific team colours.
The red dye from the midlayer leaked all over the polo shirt and also my golf trousers (which were NOT from Druids). The items are now ruined. Druids say that this is not a fault and will not refund.
Cheap RUBBISH and TERRIBLE customer service! (No wonder there rating is so low - wish I had checked beforehand!)

Poor quality trousers arrived were not…

Poor quality trousers arrived were not great quality and the zip broke whilst trying on I contacted them they sent a replacement jogger type but again with a zip size 12 same as the others but were way too small. Made contact sent photos back and forward after even paying additional postage as they don't post to the channel islands would recommend them on any level.

Under par clothes

I’ve ordered from druids a few times I honestly do not know where they get their sizing from
Previous orders have been a bit long in the arms but this last order and it will be my very last purchase with this company was a joke the arms on the jacket are about 4 inches to long the body is fine but the arm length is ridiculous.
You can send it back I hear their customer service saying!!!
Well yes at a cost to me and in the hope it doesn’t end up in the Druid oblivion
So it’s now going to cost me probably as much as the jacket to have the arms altered.
I now realise why there is no PayPal option otherwise they would have tons of send backs.
All the golfers at my club have had bad experiences with this company and refuse to make further purchases from them as I will be the same.

Do Not Buy!!!!!!

Do Not Buy!!!!!!!

Nothing fits, all cheap and baggy. Friends have had the same issues. We have all opted to return and specifically requested refund....what a surprise we were all given store credit. Have now replied asking for the refund to be issued.....still waiting. Terrible quality, terrible service. Do not use.

Lucky to get 1 star

Lucky to get 1 star, I last ordered from Druids last year and service was abysmal. Delays in delivery, zero customer service, no way to get a response or talk to anyone. In the hope it was a one off, more fool me, I ordered again. Same again, no sign of my order, left banging my head against a brick wall trying to sort it. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I ordered a pair of pants according to…

I ordered a pair of pants according to their sizing chart. It was off both in waist and length. When I tried to exchange them, they gave me the runaround for so long that my window for a return timed out. They would only offer me 20% off my next order instead of exchanging for the correct size. They are a very dishonest company and I recommend looking to other companies for your clothing.

Returns portal been disabled since…

Returns portal been disabled since beginning of January, have emailed them to arrange an exchange never heard back! No contact number for the company and the returns portal is still disabled, absolute joke! Will never purchase from here again!

Poor Customer Service

Charging postage for both delivery and returns yet take forever to refund items returned. Very poor customer service - all they end up doing is losing customer respect and future sales. In such a competitive market you’d expect better. It’s not all about the cheapest prices for items all made in China. Still awaiting payment for returned items.

Before I ordered

Before I ordered, I emailed to ask about their policy to return goods bought for Christmas. I received an email to say, any items i bought on Black Friday ,could be returned by 13th January, as they extended their 30 days policy for Christmas. They have a cumbersome system to return, however, they will not honour what they said. They are saying my items are out of the 30 days to return, even though I have the proof by email. After many email exchanges , I told them to keep my money but I will never buy from them again. I will say for the 1 star , their items & prices are good..just a shame they tell you false information.

Wrong item received and i have to pay return postage

Ordered thermal trousers. Got sent ordinary trousers. Great.

Waited two hours on their ‘we will get back to you shortly ‘ helpline. Gave up.

Tried messenger and email, same.

Decided to simply return. Was told i had to pay the postage!!!Yes to rectify their errir i have to pay!

I finally got a reply 4 hours later wanting photos. Sent them. More emails asking for photos. Sent them.
Then told i didnt order thermals. Sent them proof i did. Thst was ignored, no apology.

Told i had to pay for the postage.

Hopeless. Needless to say i will never order anything from them again.

Very poor customer service

I have to leave a one star review otherwise it would be -1

Absolutely appalling customer service from Druids Golf. I bought a pair of “waterproof” trousers that are not waterproof at all — they let water straight through and are completely unfit for purpose.
The real issue, however, is the customer service. After more than 12 emails, there is still no resolution. I recently chased for an update and was sent yet another email asking me to return the trousers — despite the fact they were already returned on 5th December 2025.
This level of disorganisation and poor communication is unacceptable. I’ve spent weeks chasing something that should have been dealt with quickly and professionally.
Selling faulty products is bad enough, but failing to resolve the issue after countless emails shows a complete lack of care for customers. I won’t be buying from Druids again and would strongly advise others to avoid.

Poor poor service

Poor poor service
5 days after ordering, I got in touch to ask when it would arrive
Informed it was still in the warehouse being processed, so immediately asked them to cancel my order - I wanted the kit for a golf comp that would have passed by the time they eventually got it sent.
I followed this up across 5 further emails within 2 hours (including to the CEO) requesting confirmation of had been cancelled.
Later that afternoon “it’s already been shipped and cannot be cancelled”
Lies and BS
Don’t bother with Druids Golf, very shoddy customer experience.

Ordered items for my son for Christmas…

Ordered items for my son for Christmas can't complain about the delivery but sent part of the order back, they recieved it on the 19th December still waiting for money back would not but again from them. I have sent numerous emails and today they have emailed back asking if I want store credit HOW MANY TIMES DO THEY NEED TELLING NO BACK TO MY ORIGINAL PAYMENT.
