I have been working with Drukbedrijf for our printing needs for 4 years now and I have never been disappointed. Banners, flyers, Tshirts, posters, stickers… Great quality, competitive prices and quick deliveries. Customer service is also very good.

I had a positive experience printing a large banner (2m) and stickers on a roll. Joey was pleasant and helpful to work with. Thank you Joey :) I appreciated being able to talk to someone on the phone when I had questions. Delivery was fast and even 1 day earlier than I expected. I will be ordering more items!

I order a poster on Thursday and delivery was scheduled on Tuesday, which was fine, because I needed it on Wednesday at a conference. I called on Monday to check if there were any delays. The employee said that I didn't need to worry so much because delivery was planned on Tuesday. At midnight I recieved an email that the poster was send out for delivery. However, at 11 am on Tuesday I still didn't get a track and trace code. I called again and they said that they will send me a track and trace code ASAP. About 2 hours later I called again. They said the colleague on duty, is now at lunch, and will call me later. An hour has passed and I checked the system and the shipping date suddenly was changed to Wednesday. I called again, and they said it would be shipped on Wednesday. So there was no track and trace code, and there was nothing else they could to. No compensation, no emergency printing service, nothing.... They simply just said, I was out of luck.
I called again later and asked to ship it to my hotel in Belgium. They said they would do it ASAP. It arrived on Thursday late afternoon...so it was usesless at that point. Luckily, on Tuesday I drove to a local printing shop and let them print it for me. They got me a standard version poster in 1 hour. Now, that is customer service. I will never order a poster online ever again. This company doesn't print anything themself. They just "coordinate" the order, so they cannot, or will not, provide any customer service they didn't even propose some form of compensation. They later called me and said they would send 2 posters, one to my home adress and one to the hotel. The poster never arrived at my home adress, as expected. This was a terrible customer service experience. Especially when they just tell you, you are just out of luck and we cannot, or will not, do anything to help you, not even a reimbursement.
I do not recommend doing business with this company.

They promise delivery within 24 hours and charge an extra fee for that service. I got my order in 4 days, slower even than the slow delivery options.

The quality was decent, but that did not matter, as I needed the banner quickly (two days after the planned delivery date) and ordered fast delivery for a reason.

Edit: Following this review I was contacted by Onno, a Drukbedrijf employee. He was very friendly and apologized for the delay, explaining their dependence on the shipping company (DHL) and the possibility of mistakes that was not appropriately handledd by an employee I spoke to earlier. He offered me a refund, which I accepted. All in all I think this was handled appropriately, given the situation.

Amazing customer support & delivery!

I had an urgent situation where I needed a banner delivered in 4 days but I didn't have a credit card or a Dutch bank, the support was so helpful and allowed me to transfer from my German account (confirmation from just a screenshot) and processed my order and my banner was at my work in just 2 business days instead of 4!!
