Too long to complete order
On talking with store staff, there was miscommunication, with me understanding that the order wasn't custom and would be fulfilled from another store (standard shaft and grip).
Regardless, it shouldn't take 4 weeks to assemble a club and ship it. Your competition can do this task in under a week.
