What a service!
I have been a member since the beginning and the customer service levels are second to none.
On multiple occasions I have told the team what I wanted and not only were they very quick to respond ( often minutes), every time they came up with better suggestions than what I had.
Their knowledge of events, restaurants, hotels and luxury transport is fantastic and mind blowing considering the options out there. The connections that Drunken Monkey Members Club have with different companies is invaluable as some of these suggestion were even sold out restaurants/events but they had access to making these booking.
I can’t recommend Drunken Monkey Enough. I will definitely be utilising this service as much as I can.

I'm a little obsessed! Exceptional service.
I've been a Drunken Monkey member for several months now, and I must say, it's a game-changer - particularly as someone who lives in Dubai.
The team are incredibly polite and helpful, and all requests I've made thus far have been fulfilled professionally and quickly (last-minute 30th birthday plans, for instance).
The web app is particularly noteworthy, and I use it multiple times throughout the week to either make a request (date night plans, spa bookings, even desert activities), or simply to browse through what venues/events are trending around me.
Very grateful to the team who always seem happy to help, and I very much recommend DMMC to anyone else who may be interested in luxury concierge services!

Used the service a few months back for a last minute booking at exclusive venue in Mayfair and they got me a great table and saved my anniversary basically!! The restaurant pulled out the stops but all thanks to the drunken monkey team for sorting!! Very cool NFT to have and I’ll be using it again.

I recently had the privilege of becoming a DMMC member and utilising their app to book a trip to Dubai, and I can't sing their praises enough. From the moment I contacted them, their commitment to providing an awesome experience was superb!
Their personalised attention was second to none: they took the time to understand my preferences, organise my itinerary and ensured that every recommendation was tailored specifically to my desires!!! Whether it was securing reservations at exclusive restaurants or VIP service at the hotel (we stayed at Caesar's Palace), they consistently went the extra mile and were in constant contact. It was a hot time of the year to visit the UAE so they came up with a fantastic 'indoor' schedule. Some of the venues were completely booked up and they still managed to get me in!
Their access and exclusivity were unmatched. What truly sets this concierge service apart is their warm professionalism.
I wholeheartedly recommend this exceptional concierge service. Thank you Team for making my trip truly unforgettable!
