Positive results
Started using supplements in January 2025. I feel they have helped with many of my symptoms, perhaps not all, which is why I have rated 4. I have recently bought another supplement and only 2 weeks in, so I am hoping to see improvements in this area too. Overall good experience and would recommend.

I return product and its been nearly 3weeks they have not return my money back . I have email Dr.vegan team 2times and there replay was if they did receive the product they will do the refund and asking me to track itand see if they have receive the product? I post it on normal post and there is no tracking for normal post and i did send them all the evidence of my post, recipet n the pictures I am handing overthe product to the postoffice counter with Dr vegan address on it n the post office said it will be receive with 3-5days so i thought why i need to spend extra money to track in as normal post was £2.80 there is no help from them n i been there coustermer for long time n this is the first time ever i return a product because i do not use it anymore and Even I cancel that product they still send me with my other product thats why i have to spend money for the post n send it back ,the product was GUT HEALTH and it was £14.00 or more than that .and address is correct and how can they say that they did not receive the product ? And keep asking me to check from my side if they have receive the product ? Its bit strange i thought , And how do i check? No help at all n have not receive my money back yet

Large capsules to swallow
Hi I just have one issue and that's the Size of the capsules and that you recommended to take 2 at a time. I appreciate there is a lot in them but sometimes less is more. Would defo prefer smaller capsules considering taking 2. The actual benefits, seem positive however...need to take for a prolonged period to assess this more

Hi Susan, one of the great advantages of our capsules is that you can break them open and add them to your food and drink, and it doesn’t affect the efficacy of your supplements. The supplements in our range that we don’t advise this for are our pre and probiotic, Gut Works®, Skin Saviour®, HeartPro®, pH Hero®, Women's ProMulti, Men's ProMulti and GastroAid which are better taken on an empty stomach up to 20 minutes before or after a hot meal.

Hair growth tablets working
Ive been using the hair growth tablets for a good 6 or 8 months and I'm pleased to report that ive got about 3 inches of additional growth. My hair is less greasy than it was and looks a lot fuller and my scalp is not so visible.
A natural red head as a child, this has faded a lot and is more brown/grey however I've noticed that my colour seems a bit more vibrant than it was. And don't think that this is a coincidence either...
All in all, I'd highly recommend these tablets to anyone with thin hair, youll just need a bit of patience.

Since taking this supplement it has given me chronic diarrhea and as a result I've stopped taking the supplement. I have been taking 1 tablet a day as advised for the last 5 days. I'm not taking any more as I am still suffering even after 24hrs after stopping taking the supplement.

Hi Alwena, this can be quite normal when taking a probiotic and be a sign that it's working. As your gut is repopulated with healthy, active bacteria, this crowds out the bad, unwanted bacteria and organisms, which are excreted in normal fashion. As such, it's quite common for symptoms to get worse before they get better.

I placed my order 18 days ago and still…
I placed my order 18 days ago and still haven’t received it. I contacted the company to request a replacement due to the wait time, clearly something has gone wrong with the delivery but I was told I had to wait 35 days for them to put a claim in with Royal Mail.
I waited another week and still no delivery so I asked them for a refund and have had no response from them. It’s a shame, as the products themselves are good, but the delivery service and customer support have been very disappointing and not worth the hassle.
