Bad delivery experience
Very good experience for several years but this time the delivery times were too long, almost 10 days!!
It needs to be corrected.

Product not received…
I ordered a refill for a friend visiting Paris to collect and bring back to Australia, but was advised the order was refused. I confirmed with the hotel that the delivery details were correct, but Dr Vranjes did not reattempt delivery on the following day (Friday) which was very disappointing. They have said I will receive a refund, which I hope is the case.

I love the products but I am completely unsatisfied with the customer service. I forgot to add the special packaging, and straight away sent a request, but I got an answer that adding anything after the order is confirmed (not even shipped!) is impossible. I am the owner of the online shop myself, therefore I know very well that this is not true.
