Good craftsmanship and great knowledge of watches.

Firstly, I sent the measurements as requested. Should you really have to do that if you are ordering a standard sized strap? I thought that the size for the Cartier Tank watch was known when you select the watch size from their list.
Secondly, I had to send them photos of my original Cartier watch band next to a ruler so that they would accept the measurements that I sent them because they refused to believe me.
Thirdly, after all of this hassle I requested to cancel the order which they wouldn't do.
Fourthly, after 30 days of our last communication, still no watch band or any indication that the order had been shipped from China.
So....Here I am 40 days after the initial order and still no watch band because the factory 'forgot about the order'.
I so don't want this but they won't let me cancel the order.

I have purchased a number of straps from Drwatchstrap and have always been very pleased. They have a strap made to resemble a Jaquet Droz model that is black alligator with no stitching that I really like. Also, it's easy to customize with no stitching and as to length.

I ordered an alligator strap for a new rolex. The Dr. W team was responsive to my detailed inquiries and the finished product was easy to install and has been excellent / no problems since... at a fraction of the cost of other customer watch band providers.

Well crafted strap, ordered a strap for Hermes cape cod watch and it came flawless.

I had ordered a double tour strap like the Hermès ones for an other brand watch. I included the exact measurements and the strap was quickly made customized for me. Although not the cheapest, for me the price/quality is very good and shipment was fast. Because of the odd size I ordered there were quite a few mails from them to reassure that I ordered the right thing, but in the end everything was fine and fitting. Delivered with everything I needed to attach to my watch. Definitely a recommendation. Thank you

I recently ordered two watch straps for a Cartier watch. Despite providing all specific details of the model number and size the bands do not fit. The watch has a quick disconnect for easy interchanging bracelets, The shipment was delayed according to the representative due to the custom component necessary to achieve this. On installation the band was unable to be removed and a watchmaker couldnt even remove it.

I notified the company with no response. The quality is very poor and the cost was over $500.00 for both bands.

I ordered a canvas watch strap which was vegan friendly and after 9 months the strap has cracked and I was told it's wear and tear. I would like to extend my disappointment to drwatchstrap as normal 12 months warranty applies to all products.
The company wanted me place another I order, I will not be using the company again.

I have a Ulysse Nardin strap with a weird curved wood peice that fits into a groove in my watch. The first strap that I ordered was the incorrect fit to the watch. They requested I send one of my straps back to them so they can match it exactly. I was a bit skeptical as I am in the USA and they are in china. I am happy to say I just received my new band and the old band back and its an absolute perfect match. I cant thank them enough!

I ordered a leather strap replacement for my Cartier watch. The quality was really good. They custom made the strap based on the watch, so it fit perfectly on the watch.
I especially like the customer service, very attentive, approachable, and detail oriented.
