Package arrived open, old worn out Jiff bag product too tight fit

I see this company doesn't seem to have any reviews.
I ordered direct from Dr Wheatgrass UK rather than go through a third party company.
The Wheatgrass skin spray took ages to come and when it arrived the Postman said it was completely opened. looked like it had been packed badly. The bottle only just fitted tightly into the jiff bag. The whole thing was wide open. I tried to send and internal emailed (No telephone number) Email was virtually impossible, as it kept saying it wasn't working. The site was odd not functioning correctly. I tried different internet platforms and the internal email eventually went a few hours later. Said would be in touch within 48 hours. That was last week not heard a word. No email acknowledgment. I don't think anyone is there at all. It must just go through to a pre arranged warehouse that just deals with multiple companies deliveries. That's how it feels. I will try report this company to trading standards as they don't appear to take responsibility
