Great service, scrub tops too long
Great service, very quick delivery! Would be nice if you made it easier to filter / sort through products on the website?
The scrubs themselves are great material and true to colour, but the scrub tops are crazy long!

The Aussie animal pair stitching pulls across skin
The plain colour is comfy but the patterns have stitching that pulls tight across my skin.
I ordered the Aussie animals print and they pull tight from string from stitching.

Still waiting for my order to be dispatched
Still waiting for my order which still hasnt been dispatched since 27th April. Can’t seem to get a reply via email, only via their contact form.
The reply from the contact form tells me the same thing time but when I reply to this via email I get no repsonse.
Not helpful.
Terrible customer service.
Asked for a refund so I can purchase else where, if I don’t get a reply I’ll raise a dispute with the bank.

Don’t buy, it’s a dupe and terrible customer communication
I bought the bamboo compression socks and I too feel like I was duped.
I wore them for the first time in theatre and they provided next to no compression on my calves but were too tight at the top band around the back of my knee and also could have pulled up above my knee so had to bunch them uncomfortably. They didn’t breath well and were hot. I got a size small and usually wear size 6-8 pants and have long athletic legs.
I tried to email them to organise for my money back as per the advertised 99 day money back grantee if not satisfied, but no reply. And I also couldn’t find anywhere on the website to review them formally which leads me to believe their website reviews are skewed/biased or untrue. I will definitely not be purchasing again and throwing away the useless uncomfortable socks that will cause more venous stasis and damage than wearing nothing at all.

Ordered 6 pairs of crew compression socks. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and tendinitis and these socks really do a marvellous job. I’m a nurse and on my feet for hours. Absolutely love them!!! Thank you!

I waited till after several washes to…
I waited till after several washes to write this review. The compression socks are made with great quality; the bamboo material made it so breathable to wear but still very durable. The shopping experience was not too bad except auspost lost my parcel; luckily they offer registered post options I was able to get my money back. Ended up placing the order with work colleagues; and I’m so happy we did. Everyone is in love with their socks and now we can’t live without it. You really do feel differences. Highly recommend.

Faulty product received and getting no…
Faulty product received and getting no replies.
Ordered 4 pairs of compression socks and unfortunately one pair is clearly faulty with 4 very tight cords that dig in uncomfortably/visibly around the calf. Other three pairs are great with no issues.
After 12 days I still have no reply from Dr Woof, emailed twice, messaged on Fb and Instagram, replied to their Fb post... Still nothing.
Very disappointed to have paid for something I can't use.

Excellent product and service
The whole ordering experience was really good and I’m very pleased with the compression socks I’ve received. Working out the sizing was easy with their instructions. I’ve had issues with leg swelling for over 6 months and the socks are really helping after only a week. Highly recommend.

To be honest I feel like I was duped by an instagram add. I have bought compression socks before and always needs wide calf. I measured too. These socks not only feel like there is no compression, they are way too long . They go above my knee. Won’t be able to use . Bought 2 pairs and you can’t return even the one I didn’t try.
