good experience just shipping took longer than anticipated

great selection found last minute at Perth International T1. Very soft but firm 🤔 if that makes sense. 8 hour flight but these socks would give you comfort for a lot longer

Accidentally ordered an extra pair of compression socks emailed customer service and with in hour my order had been corrected and a refund on its way. Excellent customer service no fuss or bother thanks Mari. Socks arrived they look no feel great looking forward to flying with them. Buyer beware! This is a scam.

I ordered scrubs from this company over a month ago and they have not arrived. I’ve had intermittent, poor communications from what I can gather is a chat bot.

I’ve asked for a refund and will likely have to report this company to the ACCC and ombudsman.

Shop wisely and use figs or another reputable brand for your scrubs.

Ridiculously comfortable! I've been wearing compression socks for years in healthcare but Dr. Woof's socks are easily the nicest quality and most comfortable pairs I have purchased. I've even managed to convert my husband! I also bought a pair of scrub pants that are very comfortable and have a good amount of stretch in them

Purchased prior to long haul flight/travel - excellent product- highly recommend

I have been thoroughly surprised with how much I love these scrubs and products. I originally purchased the fit and flare scrub pants, which are lovely fit, classy and easy to match to my navy and black uniforms. (I bought the Medium, and am standardly an 8-12 depending on brands and fit types). When the Disney prints became available I bought a pair to test and have since bought three more. The fabric is thinner and more light weight than the flare legged scrubs, and the size is a little more generous, again I bought the medium but could have easily done the small and still had plenty of manoeuvrability.

It has become quite a theme and event for people and patients at work when I show up in the full matching outfit! I have forwarded the website to just about everyone!

I have had no hesitation in recommending them to other people and highlighting my favourite features of the 4 way stretch, light weight, smooth and quick drying, wrinkle resistant fabric! I encourage anyone at work that asks about the feel to touch my scrubs to assess for themselves.

Shipping to WA has taken anywhere from 5- 13 days, however the one time I recieved an incorrect order I recieved a reply to my enquiry within an hour, and a generous resolution within the same time frame. The correct item was dispatched the same day.

The bamboo compression socks are also a lifesaver! They are much easier to out on compared to others I have bought, and do not cut into the back of my knee nearly as badly. The different sizes for petite and standard is also helpful, although my shins may be a little longer than the average "standard" as the socks do not come up above my knee as much as they do in the adverts or other people at work. It would be nice to potentially have a "long" or "tall" option. Regardless, I have bought multiple pairs and find myself reaching for Dr Woof socks before any others.

They arrived promptly so I now don’t need to wear those post surgery stockings. Such a good purchase 😄

Love these socks! I work long days where I’m either on my feet for the entire day or stuck at my desk stationary. I find these socks significantly reduce my calf cramping & shin splinting, not to mention the ‘no dent’ from swelling around my ankles after a shift which is what I used to experience with standard ankle socks.
Do yourself a favour and try these, you won’t regret it! ☺️

i was hoping to get comfortable compression socks and Dr Woof has provided that. I am a size 6 women’s and the sock size small fits better than other socks purchased from a different company.

So an update which I think is important to add. Quite awhile after I responded to Dr Woof mentioning that I think their response to my query was unsatisfactory. And after I posted this review I received an apology and an offer of a free pair of socks acknowledging that there may have been some confusion and looking into that on their website. This offer I took up ( had to pay for postage; is fine) and ordered the short crew style of socks. I think these are an are better suited to my short frame as their long socks sit on my thighs not under the knee. They are comfy but are tight and would not recommend for big/fat feet. I feel this company is trying really hard to satisfy customers and I feel like my concerns have been addressed.

So my socks arrived in okay time(was Skeptical) and the material is comfortable, no problems with the foot seam or calf as others had noted. BUT as I am short these socks which shown on the model online sit far lower than mine. Mine sit on the lower thigh which is larger than my knee so they are a bit too tight there. I have been able to wear them all day still.
My problems with the company stems more from their dishonest promotions and supposed discounts offered. I bought four pairs of socks and was told I would get one free. Nowhere did it say this offer was not available on clearance socks and in fact on my payment page was stated I had earned a free pair of socks. My total discount given off after all convoluted upsell discounts was $3:48 and yes no free socks sent. Upon reaching out to Dr woof a most unsatisfactory explanation is that since my socks were clearance $3:48 discount was the free pair of socks? One pair of socks on clearance was $7:85 after discounts so how is $3:48 a free pair of socks. I would not have purchased 4 pairs of socks for a $3:48 discount. Very misleading and a LIE. I also do not like being directed to sign up for Spotify to receive shipping updates that is the job of the business to send to you not a third party that can read your emails.
I do not think this company is a scam, however no phone number to call and unsatisfactory reply to my concerns has led me here. My suggestion if you are interested try to buy a pair of clearance socks to check sizing and do not fall for any upsells.

Way better than I thought they would be - impressed with how well-fitting they are and how effectively they help manage my lymphedema - practically as good as my medical grade compression socks (especially the ‘performance’ socks) but way more comfortable!

I bought a pair of large socks with the larger option calf. I am UK size 11.5 / US 12 shoes and my calves are 43cm.
Despite following the size guide to the letter the socks that came are too tight to wear. The foot size is fine but the leg sections have nasty elastic panels that have been made too small.
I paid a lot of money for the these socks and am extremely disappointed that I can't wear them and they can't be returned.
Strongly advise against buying online as the socks supplied have not been manufactured to the sizes stated.

I ordered my first pair of Dr.Woof Compression Socks and received them within the week. I tried them on expecting to take them off within the hour ( like other brands I tried). But hey! Still wearing them! The feel of the fabric is like most regular socks except a little harder to put on at first, as they are rolled on and smoothed out upwards. Within 10 minutes my legs felt better. not as sore and I am still wearing them. A complete change to the struggles of trying to put on hospital compression socks and a whole lot nicer too! No one will know they not just ordinary socks! I shall be ordering more - as soon as I can decide on the design patterns.. so many choices! The entire experience is one of positivity, from Dr.Woof. From the wide range of sock designs, compression and length to the wonderful generous awards given to healthcare workers who are nominated for their passion efforts and care in what they do. All the while making life easier for people who need relief from tired aching swollen legs! Absolutely recommend Dr Woof. Just wish I discovered them earlier!

Got size s/wide. They are so tight around back of my knees. Unfortunately I cannot wear them.

Love the scrubs but the tops could be a little more forgiving around the bust area. Size medium is great but very tight around the bust area. Especially for larger breasted woman. Tight around the shoulders also 🥰🥰🥰 other than that I have no complaints. The little tags to hand the hand sanitizers are awesome

I recently bought my first pair of Dr Woof scrubs and absolutely loved them — they’re incredibly soft, stretchy, and so comfortable to wear during long days.

Unfortunately, after only a few wears and washes, the waistband on the scrub pants came apart. I contacted customer service and was really impressed with their response. They replied almost immediately and arranged a replacement pair at no cost.

It’s so refreshing these days to experience such great customer service. Because of that, I would definitely recommend both the scrubs and the company — great product backed by a company that stands by it.
