Cheating
I ordered 5KG dry ice got 4kg. You guys are cheat. I place the entire box on a digital scale and the weight including packaging was 4.1 kg. Dont tell me that it evaporated during delivery.

Regarding the weight of the packaging, we appreciate you placing the box on a digital scale to verify the total weight, which was 4.1kg. While some minimal sublimation of dry ice can occur during the delivery process, it should not account for such a significant discrepancy. We are committed to ensuring that our customers receive the correct quantity of dry ice, and we will be addressing this issue with our fulfillment team to prevent such errors in the future.
To make things right, we would like to offer you a refund for the missing 1kg of dry ice or, if you prefer, we can reship the missing quantity to you at no additional cost. Please let us know your preferred resolution, and we will promptly arrange it for you.
