I have this insurance through work and…
I have this insurance through work and have never used it in over 4 years. When I finally need it, I get the answer that they cannot help me. There was no interest in finding a solution either.
On a positive note, the response time was quick.

I have asked only for more information…
I have asked only for more information for family insurance but I got email after long that that I am signed up for family insurance. When I tried to contact them via phone then phone system was down. I checked website which says phone system is down but we can logon to website and check. When I tried to login then the website was down. I reported back all issues and they say we don't know when our website and phone will work. Terrible start...most likely I will sign off them immediately.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I got breast cancer last august and I have been fighting to get Psycologist and akunpuntute from DS. They have all types of excuses to do not cover my sickness. Really frustrating for who is sick and has to face that. I hád PFA insurance which is way better, unfortunately my company chose to change to DS. I really not recommend this insurance.

It is always our ambition to deliver information and professional care, even in the instances where the insurance does not cover the sought for treatment. Cancer treatment is not covered as it is a highly specialized treatment and falls under the cancer- package delivered by public healthcare. However, ailments derived for said cancer can be covered with different types of treatment among them psychologist and acupuncture.
