DSL Extreme Slow
The price is right but I am not getting what I paid for. The only DSL “Extreme” I am getting is Extreme slow streaming and interruptions. This service is not good for television viewing and my computer is slow, also freezing at times.

I have no choice but to use DSL. DSL Extreme provides the same service I was buying from AT&T, but DSL Extreme is 30% cheaper for the same speed, and has better technical support.
Highly recommended.

New Truestream system works great
Tuan, Truestream hardware installer, is a great guy and completed the installation quickly. The new system worked the first time we turned on and I haven't encountered any problem since. I would highly recommend him to my family members and friends.
I have been with DSL Extreme 2 yrs.
I have True stream broadband and have never had a problem with my connection.my bill just went up $15. because I was at the end of my contract, I sent my sales person Ozzie a email and he responded the same day and even called me and said If I wanted to sign another 12month contract he would credit my account $15.I upgraded and changed my billing cycle to the 5th up the month which I got credit for. Back in June at the same time I was making a payment my account got charged,I received an email asking If I wanted my Bank account reimbursed or a credit on my account chose credit and the next month my account was not charged
My service using the AT&T router modem…so far has been satisfactory but I do feel that I receive more ads and misc.stuff"than I used to receive with my old DSL Extreme modem and my own router.
My service using the AT&T router modem combo is working well so far but I do feel that it seems to allow more of an invasion of ads and misc "stuff" than I was receiving before with no other change here that the AT&T device.
Also, since there was a lot of confusion when the installation was accomplished (requiring two visits by AT&T personnel), I would suggest that the work order should state whether or not "fiber optic" lines extend all the way to the property or, as in my case, to a nearby junction box meaning the last short distance will be via. older copper lines. Not stating this on the order created a number of time consuming headaches!

They took forever to even respond to my on-line order. NEVER responded to many emails I sent them.. Just automated response with NO FOLLOW-up at all.. They didfn't order the phone service until I made many calls and sent many emails asking about what was going on.. The ONE and ONLY response I got they gave a generic "sorry you are unhappy".. Not a single word about their deplorable actions that made me unhappy.. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
I had an internet speed upgrade
I had an internet speed upgrade. Tech was 4 hrs late and I had to call to get status but other than that Tech was very good. He waited for all upgrades to down load, to check everything work OK.
DONT SIGN UP ITS A TRAP

Once you finally get a supervisor they are just as unhelpful ( yes you Jessica) and when you ask for her supervisor best believe she will refuse. They are unhelpful and will steal your money from your account even after you cancel.
Very rude
I was 12 days late on my bill and I paid it and they still cut me off told me that since I paid it online and didn't call them they still had the right to cut me off. And when I called to asked them questions they had no good answer and keep hanging up on me over and over very rude. First the lady said holds on one second my supervisor is trying to fix it then when she came back to the phone she said there was no supervisor and they would have to call me back when they come back I then said i thought your supervisor was fixing itand she just hung up on me so I called back again they hung up on me over and over.
