They don't care about customers

Utterly useless company. Used to be a customer for online supplies, but they have removed all online stores and now concentrate on a ridiculous snowflake website that does absolutely nothing! Probably cost tens of thousands to build but you can't buy any products! Emailed 3 different departments 4 times to ask where the online shop was and not a single reply, they don't care.
Anyway I found kite packaging, same products, less money and a fantastic website.
