I don't normally write reviews, but I had to comment and praise your Customer Service Agent Ben Shute. He went above and beyond in assisting me with a delivery that never got delivered by your agents DHL. Ben made sure that when he set my expectations they were met and he also ensured that he called me to give me an update. Agents like Ben are a very rare breed, he did exactly what he said he would do and always in a timely manner, but the fact that he was friendly and responsive was brilliant. DS should definitely hold on to Ben and reward him for his continued efforts in ensuring your customers have the best experience when dealing with your Company. The best mailer boxes I’ve found
Love the DS SMITH boxes and exclusively use them for my business. I love that there are such a range of sizes and they are affordable. I searched for ages for mailer boxes that suited my needs and DS SMITH ticked every box (haha box). Delivery is fast and although I have never needed to contact them, my emails are very friendly and welcoming

Great Eco Packaging!
This is the first time I have ordered from you and I wasn't disappointed. Ordering was easy online and delivery was quicker than stated so I am very satisfied. The products were exactly what I expected and the quality very good. I particularly like these sustainable eco packaging products. They compliment my hand made wool felt items which also use sustainable materials. I was looking for this kind of recycled packaging for sending my products out safely to my customers so thank you 'DS Smith ePack'!

The boxes are really great
The boxes are really great, but the packaging was a bit weak and collapsed during transit. Luckily, my order was salvageable, but I didn't appreciate the mud I had to scrape off first! I will be ordering again.
