The products are great
The products are great. Good style and the quality of the materials are fine. Dstrezzed is also great with changing sizes that could be a problem when you buy online, like I did. It all went ok.

very stylish, good quality
The sweater I bought looks good and quality seems nice. However the pants were too long, that never happens to me with a "34" length size. But the reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is the ridiculous size of their packaging, I know it has to do with branding but it's 2023; try to think of the space you're taking up in a delivery van and thus the CO2 emissions.

Thanks for your review & feedback Thijs! I've passed on your feedback regarding the length of the pants to our Production team for further investigation.
With regards to the size of the packaging: this wasn't a branding decision! Unfortunately, we are currently short in our medium size boxes and are awaiting a new delivery, which is why sometimes the largest box is used. This will be fixed though when the new boxes are delivered!

Thank you for your feedback! I just checked the newsletter we sent you and noticed that you subscribed to our Black Friday list, to which we indeed send more newsletters than usual during our Black Friday campaign.
We have gone back to our regular newsletter schedule of 2 times a week, so you shouldn't receive as many newsletters anymore! We will also take your feedback with us to next year, as we don't want to spam our customers.

With regards to the shipping costs: I saw from your previous orders that you are located in Spain, and unfortunately it's more expensive to ship to Spain for us as we ship everything from The Netherlands – hence the higher shipping costs for orders below €150 (above €150 they're free).
