Great prop firm.

After they changed the rules without sending me notice, I published a review on here and gave them a bad rating, I was then asked to verify my information and I put my email address making it visible to DT4X, next thing you know they emailed me saying that they have insight that I have entered multiple reviews under different names and threatened to take legal action if the reviews didn’t stop. I laughed in there face as I wasn’t the one entering multiple reviews, many different people weren’t happy and reported the same thing I did.

A week later they send me communication from their compliance department and said I breached the gearing rules 1:10 instead of the 1:25 that is on the MT4 they created for me and terminated my account - all this written in a word document.

Needless to say, if you have money to throw out the window, sign up with these sick unprofessional clowns.

Suddenly they need another verification. There is no response to my emails. I have also not received any payment.

Scam they only earn from purchases of acccounts if you make huge profit they not gona pay becausse they cant copy trades very bad firm stay away

Scamers stay away if you post something or ask something in fb they will block you and can terminate your account only with one email

They keep changing the rules in the middle of the month.

They verify your address, than in the end of the month they refuse to pay you, because they cant verify your address.

Very, very bad company

Been trading with DT4X for a month and have just received my first payout. My experience so far has been a mixture of feelings..On the good side, there’s always someone available to answer your emails..my mails have been responded to in a timely manner (most times less than 24hrs) so communication is not bad at all.
On the downside, the traders part of their website has been down since I have joined which doesn’t make it easy to keep track of your progress. I thought this would’ve been fixed a couple days/weeks in but it’s still not fixed.
Also, There are a lot of “hidden” rules so I would suggest anyone willing to join them to read the terms and conditions before beginning. Payout wasn’t the fastest and during the wait I won’t deny that I thought I fell for a scam.. however I was eventually paid and they gave me a ($50) bonus for the delay which is much appreciated.
All in all, I think once they have fixed their website (and maybe soften their rules a bit) they will be a good prop firm.

Do Not USE this Company!

They don't get back to you as they state in their emails, and if you write a bad review at payout stage they bring in Termination of Account due to gearing although there was enough margin in account! They change their terms and conditions without a decent notice or time frame!

Very pleased with DT4X and my initial experience with them. The profile page within the members area is particularly useful with all key information in one place. The inclusion of educational content is always a good idea.
I also find responses to any queries are generally in good time and provide the clarification requested.
The loss of 1 star will be due to the website not being as smooth as others and I've had repeated issues logging in and navigating around it which can be incredibly frustrating. Also when revisions to T and Cs are made, a simple summary of the changes should be clear and not the whole document forwarded as its unrealistic that readers actually appreciate what those changes are and their relevance.
The key DT4X features make it worth joining in my opinion.

Just received my 2nd payout today. Be patient with customer support ! Not a scam.

Received my first payout from DT4X - I am overall happy with the service . However if I was to make a recommendation it would be that things are made clearer on the website and sometimes in correspondence so that it is easier for the trader/ customer to understand exactly what it is they need to do with regards to requesting payouts - now I am fully aware of the process then I am sure my next score will be higher - thanks DT4x

I did buy the program end of december and did start early january. 2 days after my 1st trade, suddenly a mail shows up that they will change the rules in 1 week. I did read the new terms and conditions and continued trading. Suddenly by a post on facebook i did get aware that ther is a 5 pip minimum take profit rule, that is completely not in the terms and conditions. so now i will not get a payout due to a rule that is only on the website and not in the t&c. As i did already open a trade they also do not have to give my money back according to their rules. Next to that they did introduce a rule that lotsize can only have limited variation, on which you realy can not comply when taking the same risk on every trade. as soon as your sl distance changes more then 10 pips you break that rule.

Update: 28-1-2022
I am trying to get a call with dt4x for a week now, to discuss how to change my trading style due to new rules. but nor after 2 phone calls i did get a call nor
any reply for a week on my emails. But after this review i got an email in an hour. They also kicked me out of the facebook group after asking qustions about the new rules

Update feb5: dt4x send email that they will stop, due to major infrastructure issues. Unless you bought it in the last14 days your joining fee is gone.

New rules came unannounced effectively taking this company from a very reasonable/flexible to the most stringent in the industry and by far. Combine that with the lower profit split and I have taken my money to FTMO. With $650 you get a 50k account with DT4X and if you make one trade that makes profit but less than 5 pip profit you aren’t eligible for a payout on that period.
In that same time and for the same money you will have passed the FTMO challenge, with the same trades and getting funded 100k account on a 90% profit split.

Nice move taking my money DT4X and changing rules on me. FTMO here i come.

All just to say DT4X is an absolute joke of a prop firm. It used to be the best, and went from best to worst in the industry.

Great company based on communications and quick responses so I'll give them a 100% on that. However, I had to cancel my subscription due to a change in their Terms and as I hadn't used or traded the account that they had created, they refunded my funds within 1 day. On this basis, I might just come back to them in future if their Terms are suitable to me.

i love dt4x because instant funding i got first payout for 50 k account ,also genuine firm. i like to suggest ceo to seriously to remove the 5 stops life time instead trade can be closed after5 trades without stops. so people can trade without worry of voilation.
