DREADFULL company, abysmal customer service
I ordered two fitted sheets showing in stock, the confirmation email showed out of stock!!
I tried to phone DTEX several times BUT THEY NEVER ANSWER THE TELEPHONE!!
So I emailed DTEX a couple of times before they replied and said a delivery was expected in three weeks and that would either send an alternative cheaper product with a couple of free pillowcases, or they would dispatch on receipt of new stock - I opted for the latter option but said that I needed to delay dispatch for 10 days as I was away on holiday - DTEX agreed to this delay in dispatch. HOWEVER!!!!!
They dispatched my sheets as soon as the new stock arrived and the first that I knew when I was away on holiday was a message from EVRI that they were delivering my order - so had to urgently contact a neighbour to see if they would accept the delivery and then instruct EVRI to deliver to them - just what I heeded when on holiday!!!!
I did try to telephone DTEX but as before, THEY NEVER ANSWER THE TELEPHONE!!!
I then emailed DTEX, but the have not replied!!
I will never use this company again - their customer service skills are abysmal.

We are really sorry about this inconvenince, we can understand your frustration and specially when you are on holiday, we were out of stock so we offer you other similar products and price is lower than original product you ll get difference back, also given you the option of full refund and explained you if you can wait new stock ll be back and we can dispatch you as soon as it arrived, about nor responding to phones we receive high volume of calls so we recomend send us an email and aim to reply within 24 hrs and i can see we have coumnicated with you on email and on your phone as well, but once again i really appolgies for this bad experice you had with our company.

Can’t contact
Wish to return an order and no contact available from the company. I’ll be seeking legal advice. I see you’ve replied below after 2 months. You told me you’d arranged pick up, nobody showed up and you weren’t contactable. I had to go to my bank and raise a case through visa. A terrible terrible experience and awful customer service.
I see you’re now trying to claim that you came to pick up the mattress which is completely untrue. I tried to contact you multiple times about the delivery but heard nothing. My bank had to initiate the refund for me so don’t act like it was your doing. We have tried multiple times to return the mattress so will now be donating it to a charity. As I said previously, this company is terrible!!!!!
Please send me the proof that your driver went to pick up the mattress. We were at home all day waiting

We have arranged a collection of your mattress which driver went to pick up but could not pick up as you not available or refused pick up, and also we have already refnded your full money £569 and you got the free mattress as well, we have been in contact you over whtsapp and email you have opened a charge back with your card, would you be nice to return the mattress or money??

Excellent quality & customer services
Ordered some fitted sheets, they arrived quickly and as advised. A slight hiccup meant another was sent out by customer services, again immediately and this arrived quickly too. The quality of the 800 thread count Egyptian cotton was excellent and the customer services was first class too, giving me no reservations in shopping with them again.
