Dr. Ezgi gained my trust from the first video chat and to this day I have not regretted choosing her as my dentist! I never thought that I would ever be happy to go back to the dentist again, but thanks to Dr. Ezgi, it is now a fact! Not only is he incredibly kind, but she demonstrates a high level of professionalism every time! The treatments are characterised by a family-friendly atmosphere, which greatly helps in overcoming the natural “fear” that we feel at the dentist! Her assistant Bariş is also highly qualified, and is at our disposal 24 hours a day! I am incredibly grateful for the care and professionalism from Dr. Ezgi and her team in Turkey. As an Estonian woman, I was initially terrified to travel abroad for dental treatment, but my teeth needed immediate treatment and the waiting time in my home country was too long.

From the start, Dr. Ezgi and her assistant were exceptional. They patiently answered all my questions, easing my fears with thorough explanations and genuine care. Throughout my treatment, their professionalism and dedication were evident, reassuring me I was in the best hands. During my stay, I had 12 crowns, 10 laminate veneers, 2 root canal treatment and some other minor procedures.

Almost a year later, I couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr. Ezgi remains supportive and communicative. Her skill and caring nature are unmatched. Thank you, Dr. Ezgi, for transforming my dental experience and changing my life. I am forever grateful.

Ms Dt Dr Ezgi Ozkan Ozben has been my doctor for about 20 years. I have never attempted to search for and go to another doctor since then. She made my first crowns for my front teeth 17 years ago. I had used them till last year without any problems. Last year she renewed them and they look wonderful. I have no problems with my teeth and I am very much thankful to her.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Dt. Ezgi Ozgan Ozben clinic.I went in for surgery and a dental implant, and the service provided was far from satisfactory.First, the surgery was poorly handled, leaving me in more pain than anticipated.
The bone grafting, which was crucial for the successful insertion of the implant, was not done properly. As a result, the implant was rejected.Furthermore, the screws required for the implants were inserted at incorrect angles. This caused severe discomfort and complications, and eventually, I had to have all of them removed by a different dentist.Moreover, the aftercare was severely lacking. Despite spending over 6000 euros at this clinic and my repeated attempts to explain what had gone wrong, the clinic first offered a refund of 1000 euros and then blocked me without any refund for inadequate treatment provided.Subsequent attempts to contact them were completely ignored.I expected a higher level of professionalism and care, especially given the cost involved. I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone in need of serious dental procedures. Look elsewhere for a dentist who truly values patient care and well-being.

Dr is really great and cheerful. Aftercare / booking agent could use some reassessment!

Update: office declares below that i cancelled my appointment(s)... Hmmmm and why did i dooo that, one wonders?!? Booking agent refuses to admit messup. Badgers me to upgrade this review.
Paperwork has been sent (fuzzy) ...waiting on if paperwork is suffice for insurers requirements... Updating my review to two stars only in meantime...as i am a fair person (paperwork 90%done).

There was a severe mess-up regarding my supposed dental schedule. Not listening to me regarding fly home dates.

Waiting over 3 weeks for requested English paper work for insurance!!!

My new teeth have changed my life im so happy i struck gold finding Dr Ezgi.
After having an accident at 10 years old on my bike i knocked out my front tooth. I spent my entire life consiously living with poorly fitted densures. Finally after 38 years i had saved enough to visit a dentist in Poland. To my dismay, the dentist poorly fitted a bridge and veneers, which not only made my bite wrong, but my smile too! They were painful for months as my mouth tried to adjust and adapt with no avail. After 4 years of hiding my smile and losing my confidence I found Dr Ezgi's reviews and felt aligned to go and get them corrected once and for all. I was very nervous understandably, but from start to finish i was treated with kindness and care. I was reassured along the way that the teeth would not be permanently fixed until they were precise and perfect, and Dr Ezgi did just that! They fit with perfection, my bite is aligned and i can chew and enjoy my food again! i cant stop smiling, so no more hiding my smile! 😀
There was a little bit of hesitation to go out to a new country and put trust and care into the hands of people id never met but im so glad i did! My partner and I was catered for from the moment we arrived and were made to feel , the level of care and attention personally to myself and my partner was outstanding and Dr Ezgi is now my full time dentist.

Accompanied my partner who was visiting Dr Ezgi. I had my own concerns about my dental hygiene and booked in for a check up. My concerns were correct as Dr Ezgi highlighted I had a serious infection which was overlooked by my uk dentist, possibly leading to tooth loss in the future. I underwent a thorough deep periodontal clean to remove the infection which has now prevented further issues arising later down the line. Dr Ezgi and her team made the entire trip from start to finish extremely pleasant and easy, driven by genuine compassion for their clients. I would highly recommend Dr Ezgi and will certainly be continuing to visit for future dental care.

I choose this clinic,I had a good choice, dr Ezgi is professional and so caring with amazing stuff. I have had many treatments with her, such as implants with crown, bridge, everything has done perfectly, I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Excellent service from Dt. Ezgi, Larissa, and all the team. After discussions and planning with Larissa, I arrived at the clinic to receive a very welcoming, friendly and warm reception. During the initial consultation Dt. Ezgi was very informative and explained in detail the works needed. Didn’t push any unnecessary works and rather encouraged retaining much of my natural teeth. Went with some cleaning, whitening, and fillings, and plan to return in the future for a crown, maybe some bonding, and most of all her valued advice. As works proceeded she ensured to guide me through the process of her works and showed me exactly what she was doing. Costs are reasonable, some a little more than elsewhere, but definitely worth the extra due to the value in her experience, personalised approach, and overall great service. Thanks a lot Dt. Ezgi, Larissa, and the team. Wishing you all more and more success. Take care and hope to see you all soon!

Now I finally have my snow-white veneers! I've been thinking for 4 years about whether I should change my composite veneers to ceramic ones. When I saw Dr. Ezgi's works first time, I finally decided to install my own veneers. Dr. Ezgi made everything what I wanted! I am incredibly grateful and I wish Mrs Ezgi to have good clients.
p.s good price for the veneers, extra attentive doctor, excellent assistants.

My experience was fantastic from beginning to end. Dt. Ezgi was professional, knowledgeable, kind and welcoming. Nothing was to much trouble, regardless of me having to ask the same questions several times. Larisa and Merve, Dt. Ezgi's assistants were also wonderful. I've contacted them via Facebook and I cannot find better words as an amazing service. Very supportive, they gave me all the information and the Dr.Ezgi and her assistant Larissa were very patient and look after me all the way through. I can say only the best words about my experience at Dt Ezgi clinic! Whole team was so friendly and professional! I had vip transfer from airport to luxurious hotel at the best location in Antalya. My room had a full view to mediterian sea, the beach was 30seconds away from hotel! Every day durring my visit team took great care of me and made me feel important. Treatment went with ease and i didint have any pain or complications! Dt Ezgi speaks very good English and her assistant Larisa also speaks Russian. It is very convenient! I will have to come back two more times to complete my treatment because of its complicity and i cant wait to meet team once again. Thank you guys, you are doing the best job ever!
