The worst printer i have ever…

The worst printer i have ever purchased. What a waste of money.
Only trying to print labels for bottles and it wont even feed the paper through as it only prints half the label and fires ink everywhere.
Software is also rubbish. They make it look easy but after one month of trying and purchasing different rolls of paper i have had to give up.

Helpful and competent

Great customer support. Checked their website and got in contact with their sales office in UK who helped me to find a proper solution which I finally bought through Bannerbride in Essex, one of their authorised resellers. Bought the CX86e, wonderful colour laser and best of all their products come with a whopping three year warranty.

The next LX610e is amazing

The next LX610e is amazing. Never again pay expensive dies and wait for printhouses. Bought it from KTec who gave me great support. Make sure to register the unit to receive an extra year warranty.

Bought a CX86e Laser Tag Printer from…

Bought a CX86e Laser Tag Printer from Bannerbridge and are absolutely stunned about this product. Super easy to use and incredible good customer service who helped with the sensor settings as well gave me some good recommendations for various substrates to try. If I like to see samples on these substrates I can always get them for free from DTM Print in Germany, excellent!
