Sham and a scam

I recently received an email from someone named Greg Presley, claiming he found several issues with my website and offered to send a free audit. The email came from a non-coherent, gibberish Gmail address. I agreed to receive the audit, but instead of Greg, I got a response from Ashley Green using a dtruetech.com email address. However, there was no audit—just a list of prices for services, and it was not even for my website they claimed to have looked at.

Clearly, they send bulk spam emails from fake names with Gmail addresses, pretending to have reviewed your website when they haven't. The site they mentioned was one I'd never heard of. If my site wasn't ranking, how did they find my email address? This proves they lied about everything. Additionally, the switch from a junk email address to a "real" one further confirms that this company is a scam.
