Terrible

We had to wait an hour and a half before being picked up. Our driver complained that he actually had to go to the hospital but first had to drop us off at the hotel. He was literally groaning and sighing loudly while we sat in the van with our three children. We've never felt so unsafe. I'll never use DT Transfer again.

Good transfer

We arrived over 1 hour too late and the driver wasn‘t outside. The driver only waits for 1 hour, then you have to contact the number. I called and wrote on WhatsApp (be sure to log in to the free Wi-Fi at the airport) and immediately someone came to help us. On the return transfer the driver came on time. I totally recommend this company. Make sure to know your terminal! The driver doesn‘t know it, it’s not just the regular transfer with a normal bus. We had to guess it (we came on terminal 2 and the flight back was also 2).

The pickup from Antalya Airport was not…

The pickup from Antalya Airport was not as planned, had to wait there for 45min for the driver. When we called to the company they kept asking us for the booking number but the number we had was not good very bad service on that one. On the other side when the other driver picked us up for our return to the Airport from the hotel was a great service, he was on time and very friendly.

Avoid!!!! Or likely miss your flight.

do not use this company we had return tranfers booked for 19 people. I spoke to them 3 days before arriving and was reassured everything was in place when we arrived at airport at 1am they where hard to find blended in on a small stand among several other companies. no vehicle had been arranged for us. they kept walking away pretending to be on the phone trying to arrange our vehicles. then laughing in our faces behaving completely narcissistic other venders said we made a big mistake booking them. we kept being told 5 mins then 10 mins then half hour. then 6 of use would be picked up and the car would come back. our hotel was atleast 2.5 hours away!!!! We had already been travelling 13 hours!! we had 2 pensioners and 2 adults with mobility disabilities and 6 child with autism. it got to 2.30am and we began asking other vendors could they help as we couldnt wait any longer we were all almost crying. we ended up finding a vendor to take all 19 of us for £200 at 3am. when we got to hotel we met the rep the next day he reassured us the transfer would be fine going home he would keep in touch with them over the course of our holiday. i was also in touch with them and kept being assured that it would be a lot better service going home. they wanted to pick us up at 9.15 on return day we want happy that it was long enough as needed to be at airport for 11am so it was agreed we would be collected at 8am. 8am came no sign after calling them numerous times being told 10 mins 2mins etc the bus arrived at 8.45am . we now had 2 hours to complete a 2.5-3hr journey. the driver then decided he needed a break and stopped for a meal. antalya airport is bad at the best of times never mind arriving late with 2 pensioners 2 disabled and 6 children with autism we almost missed the flight after dragging everyone through the airport with out stopping. i sincerely hope nobody uses this company again and they shut down they dont deserve any custom at all. as by the looks of it this is a regular occurrence. To top it off the narcissists had the cheek to send the following message half way through my holiday when they didnt even complete their job. ...📍 Dear Valued Guest,

Pickup at the airport was a search

Pickup at the airport was a search. The lady with the sign was talking with other companies and had the sign down on the street so I couldn’t see it. Taxi driver was waiting at the taxi place for drop off. Driving to the hotel he made a stop for his friends shop for 15 minutes. Pick up from the hotel was 10 minutes late, dropped us off at terminal 2, but we needed to be at terminal 1. Taxi costs us €5 to get to terminal 1. Not very happy about everything.

Right on time and very neat drivers!
We had transfer from Antalya tot Alayna, a 2 hour drive. Our flight to Turkey we had a delay of 1,5 hours and they arranged the transfer very quickly as soon as we arrived. We were perfectly on time at the airport on the way back. Great service!

I wish I could give it zero star

I wish I could give it zero star. When we arrived in Antalya, not only nobody was waiting for us, but nobody from the company was waiting behind the sign DT transfer. I had to ask someone from another company where they were.

Finally two guys arrived and told us to wait. After waiting in the heat for about 30 minutes, they took us to the bus where we had to wait for 2 hours in the bus without air conditioning, other passengers.

They went then through all other cities around instead of going straight to Alanya to deposit other people first.

The journey from Antalya to Alanya took 3 hours and a half.

Between the waiting time and the driving, it took us 6 hours. 6 hours from our arrival to the airport to the hotel in Alanya.

Avoid this scamming company at all cost.

We weren't very satisfied with the service. Apparently, a WhatsApp message was sent upon arrival, but no one has internet when they first arrive. I called politely, and they told us to go to gate 50, which we did. There was no taxi to be seen anywhere. After several calls, someone finally came to help us, but the transport didn't arrive until an hour after we landed. We also found it very annoying that we were required to stop at a shop/restaurant, both on the way there and back. On the way there, we were already exhausted from the whole day and flight, and on the way back, they said 10 minutes, but the driver was gone for over 30 minutes and had been eating comfortably at 4:30 AM. Once we arrived at the airport, he even asked for a tip, which he didn't really deserve.

Simply awful.

NOW UPDATED…. Superb driver and very helpful. Waiting for us at the airport and helped us with our bags. Even had water given to us. 100% recommended and looking forwards to our return trip.

The return trip was a disaster… late, rude and added loads of stress to the end of our holiday. Picked up in a poorly maintained vehicle, broke down an hour into the return transfer to the airport, picked up by a shuttle bus on the side of the motorway when we paid for private hire. Explained to new driver but was aggressive and not helpful. Also asked for a tip at the end of the journey, absolute joke. As all the other reviews… please avoid this company.

All in all

All in all, it worked well with DT-Transfer. We had to wait a few minutes at the airport, but given the volume of traffic at the airport, this is manageable. Water was readily available on the bus and the air conditioning also worked. The driver didn't speak good English but that wasn't necessary as everyone knew what it was about. Everything also went smoothly with the pick-up, 1 day before the pick-up I received a WhatsApp message when the pick-up would take place, great 👍 so I didn't have to go to the lobby. It wasn't the first time I'd driven with this transport company and I can't remember any bad experiences before that either.

Terrible Transfer Experience in Turkey – Avoid “DT Transfer”!

We had to wait over 30 minutes at the airport for the car to finally arrive. The person greeting us spoke very poor English, and no German or Russian, which made communication difficult – though he was friendly, so we didn’t mind at first.

Unfortunately, the real trouble began when the beat-up VW minivan showed up – a vehicle that seemed held together more by hope than mechanics. It smelled awful, the air conditioning barely worked, and to make matters worse, the driver was constantly on his phone while driving, which made us feel very unsafe.

What really shocked us, however, was the dishonesty: our child was handed a Fanta without being asked, and later they demanded astronomical prices for drinks – €5 for a beer, for example. It was made to look like a kind gesture, but then they demanded money as if we had ordered it.

To top it off, the driver played a recording asking for tips, even though he had barely looked at the road the entire trip. The lack of professionalism is shocking, especially from a company listed on Check24. We are disappointed that Check24 cooperates with “DT Transfer” and will be forwarding this same complaint to German travel companies.

Also, basic English skills should be a requirement for staff who deal with international tourists. This experience was far from professional and will not go unnoticed.
