It was cold (14 °C) when entering the house...

I had been away a few days and it was fresh, when arriving home, it appeared the heating had not been functioning at all, although I have got a thermostat (with any auto program).
I could not find any issue; the boiler functioned, the thermostat functioned and the water was warmed. The heating did not function.
I called DFD and was informed they could have a look, in an hour time. While several other were booked until December-January.
As agreed DFD passed checked, did some testing and resolved the issue immediately.
