I ordered leather care kit with cleaner restorer and leather conditioner from Dubarry Australia. It seems to be a very old kit, the packaging box was very worn and looked old. The cleaner had compl... See more

Great service… I bought a second pair of dubarry boots recently and these are the most comfortable boots I have ever owned. Unfortunately one of the lace up eyes broke so I returned the boot to the shop just off Sloane Square. The follow up service was great, regular phone calls and messages keeping me informed. Now I am reunited with my boot and all good. Great job! Thank you.
Bought two men’s Aquatech fleece and the cuff and bottom hem stitching unravelled after a couple of wear .
Very disappointed with the very poor quality of the garment .
Avoid this particular product .

Bought a pair of Clipper Mens boat shoes in Size 11 (46).........Arrived and at best they are a size 10.
Very disappointing and it appears that Dubarry are no longer the company they were known for.
I have had pairs going back to the 80's. Stitching and soles are by no means anything compared to older shoes.
Recommend you avoid and try other reputable brands which have not sacrificed quality over profit

I absolutely love the boat shoes, which are comfortable and so good locking that they work from dressy to outdoorsy with everything in between. They are good for daily wear for a year or so, but sadly can't be resoled without material compromises (I tried). Customer service outstanding. I had one tiny quality tweak, and they immediately stood behind the product completely--I could not have asked for more. This is my 'go to' daily shoe.

Excellent customer service from Sloane Square - Chelsea branch. I had a minor issue with one of their coats I purchased. They immediately corrected the issue within 1 week and were a pleasure to deal with. I rate their clothing and service in the event of any minor problems.

Love this shop !
The staff (Floarea Batuciu and Mr Hastodi in particular) are incredibly helpful and very professional.
The merchandise is of the highest quality materials and extremely well made.
They are not just dog friendly, but dog welcoming- so fresh water and ball ready for four legged customers !
Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I received a pair of Luxury Alpaca Wool Long Socks as a Christmas Gift 2024, having only worn these about a half dozen times that winter and around the same number of occasions again this winter. These socks have now completely worn out on both heels, whereas the remainder of the socks are absolutely fine with no signs of wear whatsoever. For a product that cost £35 a pair, I would expect substantially more service than has been experienced and which are now outside of the 12 month guarantee period.

I bought a pair of Galeays in 2009. I only wore them a few times per year, maybe 5 times or so. Well, apparently if you don't wear them ENOUGH, the sole dries and separates. Now they are useless to me. I wish I had known, I would've wore the sh*t out of them everyday instead of trying to make them last.

Had a leak in some boots that I had for about 18 months. Amber liaised with me and arranged to send them back for a leak test. After the leak test they sent out a new pair of boots. Excellent communication every step of the way and delighted that they have ben replaced (as they are my favourite boots). Thank you

Seems to be a common thread here. Bought a pair of boots that didn’t see 2 winters. Sole coming off. Told like other reviewers that I must have purchased old stock. Then asked for proof of purchase. Got my bank to trawl through my account for nothing as then told to take up with retailer. They were the ones who told me to contact the company. Went to the cobbler to see if they could be stuck and was told they see this all the time with Dubarry. The sole just disintegrates. Shocking product best avoided
Re…
Thanks for your reply. Though having admitted that the Kotex or something disintegrates after a period of time on the sole and that what I purchased must have been old stock. The retailer advised me to contact the company So despite disappointed and admittedly not having kept a receipt ( who does for two years) and having trailed through my accounts to find date of purchase which I gave. You advised without a receipt you would not repair. Your product didn’t last 2 years. The moral of the story is to make sure you safe keep your receipt when buying from this company. Not for a replacement but it could get you a repair. Not impressed hence my review
I don’t appear to be the only one with this experience on here

Absolutely excellent service from Dubarry customer service. I lost a button off my Dubarry jacket and was distraught as this was the last present my husband bought me before he passed away. I contacted Dubarry customer services and within days replacement buttons had been sent free of charge. I’m so grateful to the kind assistance of Amber who arranged this for me.

I’ve bought Dubarry boots for the last 20 years. In that time the quality has gone down hill. The last 2 pairs I have bought in close succession because and both have exactly the same problem with disintegrating soles. They are made of foam like substance within. I’m not buying Dubarry anymore.

I received two pairs of Dubarry shoes as a Christmas gift. They were bought in the Ballinasloe outlet. Both were size 45 ,but , while one pair fitted well, the other pair were too big. I emailed Dubarry and received a reply from Noel M.in Sales. From that point until the problem was ultimately resolved, Noel was a credit to Dubarry and to himself.

I had an issue with a Dubarry jacket which was resolved quickly and efficiently. A shout out to Amber who dealt with the process perfectly. I have bought a range of sailing and country sports clothes and shoes from Dubarry and remain a long term fan.

I bought a pair of ladies Dubarry boots some year ago, I wore them a handful of times, but decided to wear my old boots out first. The boots have stood in the bottom of my wardrobe all this time. When I got the boots out to wear I saw the soles had split - soles and heels on both boots. I sent photos to Dubarry which showed no wear on the soles. They were not interested at all and said the boots were an old model and they only had a one year warranty. I may have been sold old stock, I wouldn’t have been aware of that. It appears this problem with the soles is well known to Dubarry and is obviously a manufacturing defect which they seem to be aware of but do not acknowledge.
I would advise everyone look at other makers of this type of boot.
I have just had a reply from Dubarry saying the boots are 18/19 years old. I have not had them that long so was obviously sold an old model. That does not alter the fact that there is a fault in the manufacture as the boots have only been worn a few times, which is perfectly apparent by the pictures I sent them of the soles. I have had good shoes as long as the boots, the soles of those have not split or separated from the shoe. Others have contacted Dubarry with the same problem but they will not acknowledge or own up to this.
Dubarry - you ought to be ashamed.

Amazing products and super fast shipping. I had to return one item and it was faultlessly easy and speedy.

I contacted Dubarry by email to enquire if it was possible to purchase a zip pully for a Gilet that my wife has had for a very long time. Almost immediately I received a reply from Amber informing me that not only get one it would be free of charge. I certainly did not expect that. A few minutes later an other email popped into my inbox from Dubarry (Amber). I immediately assumed that it was to tell me that I would have to pay postage or something. Not the case, it was Amber asking what colour I wanted.
This in my opinion is customer service at the very highest level and definitely not what most of us are used to nowadays.
Amber, you are an asset to Dubarry.
