From start to finish , the service provided by Dubars was Excellent,
Our nightflight from Dubai was delayed ,Mark adjusted the pick up time and kept us informed of when and where he would be to greet us on arrival , which was inside the arrivals foier . Drinks of water were given and he even took us to the shops on the way home for the essential. All round Brilliant service , will use again and highly recommend

We received text messages the day before our trip confirming pick up time and name of driver along with well wishes for our holiday. Two days before departure Ian our pick up driver text confirming with his number to contact him with any questions. We arrived back in a very wet Manchester.. Text Ian and he met us inside the terminal armed with a huge umbrella. Took two cases and escorted us to Dubars mini bus. Beautifully presented.. Super comfy just what we needed after a full day travelling. Excellent all round and would not hesitate to use Dubars for any future airport runs 🧡🧡🧡

Prompt efficient Service from start to finish for our trip to Crewe Theatre last night. Good communication as well. Vehicle was spotless, Highly recommended & will use again.

Rather than get the train/drive to the airport, decided to book a return journey with Dubars…but in the end only giving around 5 days notice, by the time we decided.

However, this wasn’t an issue and the team confirmed a competitive price and the journey details within hours.

Communication was superb prior to both pick ups, keeping in touch and up to date.
Took all the stress and worry away, where punctuality and timing is key.

The quality of the vehicle was of an executive standard, real pride and care taken in its appearance and specification…which makes Dubars a class above any other company I’ve used.

Great folk to deal with and without a shadow of a doubt, the best service I’ve ever received for a private hire booking.

Would unequivocally recommend and will absolutely be using Dubars again.

Mark managed to fit us in at very short notice to pick my teenage daughter up when I was not able to. My daughter said the taxi was clean and comfortable.

Thanks to Dave for our pick up from Manchester on Saturday evening.
Kept us informed all the way, was waiting in plain view, helped us with our luggage and got us home safe and sound. Nice chatting to him on the way home, lovely guy.

Ian was a great driver. Dead on time at crack of dawn and cheerful and helpful with reassuring WhatsApp booking confirmation the day before and one early in the morning to reassure he was on his way and would be there two minutes early! Recommend Ian and Dubars very highly

Mark and Delphine are fantastic, they are so helpful and very polite. The vehicles are always spotless, on our last trip home form the airport the weather had been bad with snow, Delphine was there to collect us, we have 2 small children and it was about 8.30pm, it was so cold with the weather. Delphine had brought a big fluffy blanket, bottles of water and some treats for the children for the journey home. So very kind and the children were so happy! 😀 we have used Dubars so many times and honestly wouldn’t go with anyone else.
