Always helpful with a professional service

Do not buy a franchise with these I lost several £1000s many years ago. They never tell you the cons with this business. Ask them how many failed franchisees?

We are very satisfied with the high standards of this team. We are a registered Charity that helps disabled/ vulnerable people so cleanliness of our Centre is paramoun. Hoz and Fabio are reliable, efficient and professional at all times. They are flexible to accommodate our needs especially with the changes/restrictions created by Covid- 19. We have no hesitation in recommending their services

We have had James and his staff cleaning our offices in Lincolnshire for almost 3 years now, they are efficient polite and nothing is to much trouble for them. I would certainly recommend James and his team to other businesses.

I have worked for dublcheck in Coventry for five years doing permanent and cover workbook was happy until the dublcheck contact changed hands the new boss hasn't replied to my txt or phoned me and not paid me.

Leicester Franchise absolutely rubbish since new managment has taken over. Did not even let customers know of change, Staff do not get paid, Few of my friends use the non- cleaning company and they leave it worser than it was before the clean, new girl managing this has had no training it seems, does not want to clean refused to clean if manager can't clean no hope for staff or the training, very rude and unprofessional

Working for a Rachel in edinburgh, very sly and sneaky trying to get rid of me, because I only done a small job. Getting other staff to spy on me and not speaking to me directly when I asked her to due to a language barrier between other staff members. Disgusted and got the communication texts between myself and her to prove how poorly she runs her business. Would not work for such a poorly ran company that are not honest or up front with there staff!!!

Dublcheck have cleaned a number of properties for me. Carpets, windows, etc all done professionally, on time and with minimal disruption.

Team are a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with them again in future.

For clarity - despite TrustPilot saying that I am in Leeds - I am in Wakefield. Though my comments are about DublCheck centrally - not my local franchisee, or any specific franchisee in particular.

Dublcheck came into my company and criticised the existing cleaning contractors. They guaranteed to do a better job for a better price. Once we signed up with them - we never heard anything from them again.

I emailed them to point out that we had never had any performance monitoring, or holiday cover. They did not reply.

As far as I can see, all they care about is putting a franchisee in place and taking their cut. They have no interest or focus on client satisfaction or customer service.

TWO YEARS AGO I TERMINATED A CONTRACT WITH DUBLCHECK GIVING TWO MONTHS NOTICE BECAUSE I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE VALUE I WAS GETTING.

NOW 2 YEARS DOWN THE LINE THEY ARE GOING TO TAKE ME TO COURT FOR £979.69 COMPENSATION FOR THEIR LOSSES (ON A TWO BIT OFFICE CLEANING TASK???)

THIS IS AKIN TO DEMANDING MONEY WITH MENACES SO BEWARE IT COULD BE YOU NEXT.
