Claimed I forged documents as my bank statement (had approved it months earlier) as IBAN did not exist.... It did exist, however when you close a bank and move to another bank the IBAN does tend not to exist anymore. Casino had no interest in righting their wrong, even when I sent evidence of the statement and all my documents being verified via sumsub at a different site.

Absolutely SCAM SITE BE AWARE, I joined site last nite deposit 100 euro and after playing a game I hit a few big wins and got it up to 2470,but I some how got logged out and when I logged back in my credit was only saying 68 euro,so I got onto support straight away and was speaking with two different people and they said I must be getting confused,SCAM,SCAM,SCAM,SCAM

1. Partial Payments and Blocked Account:
In September 2024, after experiencing a series of wins, my account showed pending withdrawals totaling over €700K. Despite typical gameplay losses, I maintained a positive balance. However, when I began making legitimate weekly withdrawal requests of €34K, DublinBet only processed €30K in early October, without explanation. Following this, my account was blocked, and I was denied access to my funds, despite my long-term loyalty and VIP status.

2. False Allegations and Ignored Request for Independent Audit:
DublinBet alleged that there were discrepancies of €320K in withdrawals that were supposedly not deducted from my balance. These claims are entirely unfounded, as I diligently tracked every withdrawal. When I requested an independent, external audit to verify these discrepancies, the casino failed to respond and instead maintained that it was a “system error” without providing proof or specifics. In reality, their own platform showed inconsistent balances in two different sections of the site, an issue I had reported multiple times.

3. Lack of Transparency and Unethical Practices:
Rather than addressing my concerns or investigating the technical issues, DublinBet chose to block my account and offered a “goodwill gesture” of €44,200, which is a mere fraction of what I am owed. This token gesture appeared to be an attempt to silence me rather than a genuine effort to resolve the situation. The casino’s refusal to cooperate, combined with the failure to provide transparent communication or evidence, demonstrates a clear lack of integrity.

Conclusion:
I strongly advise any high rollers or regular players to exercise caution when playing at DublinBet. My experience indicates that the casino uses technical excuses and vague accusations to avoid paying substantial winnings. As of now, I am pursuing formal complaints with regulatory authorities and player protection platforms to hold DublinBet accountable for these actions.

I won several times over a few months, and in Sept started playing again. It was a long delay between cash out and recieve my money, several emails but always paid out. Cash out and at 2k, but only recieve €1800 never used a bonus, I would self exclude so not to gamble it all again. Its a good strategy... I have an email from their support team stating 2k will be processed in 72hrs etc, but only received €1.8k as stated, when I called them out on it, they stated they could not see 2k withdrawal and send screenshots. I said I would do but now cannot log back in.

Absolute SCAM I placed 100€, they gave me a welcome bonus, I didnt even use it, won 200€,
and next thing you know they cancell the refund and ban me.

Never received my money. Customer support told me i get my money in 24-72. I already verified my account. When trying to withdraw now, Bernard from finance department trying to tell me my account is not verified and i need to verify my account. Dublinbet are pure thieves.You will never get your winnings back.I withdrew 20 euros 3 months ago on Skrill and of course nothing happened.A few days ago I did the same thing and now they say is some error.

Just an update. I recently received 50 free spins with dublinbet. I think I won about 10 euro. I went on and asked about the wagering requirements because I noticed that my old bonuses were still active even though they say that the will automatically close when you balance falls below 1 euro but they had not so was still paying off those wagering requirements.Told me there was a bug in the system. I then proceeded to play with my bonus funds and got lucky winning around 3200 euro. My first big win. When I woke up in the morning my funds were gone. I got onto them and they said I broke the rules. They said because I bought a few bonuses that I broke the €5 per spin rule which it is not(in their T&C it clearly states that you cannot bet more than €5 PER SPIN). I was only playing .20c per spin but the bonus cost €20. They have now stolen my funds and tell me there is nothing I can do about it. And now this morning I noticed that they have blocked my account. Is always funny as soon as you win anything there is bother . Never have any trouble accepting money. When I bought the bonuses it said nothing about breaking any rules. I thought the days of online casinos scamming you were over but dublinbet are still going strong. I will let you know if they get back to me but in the meantime if anyone has had the same experience or know of anywhere else I can post this warning please contact me.
