Very accommodating and helpful

Dublin Leather finally responded but still don't use them. There just awful and I'll be reporting the to additional agencies. Transcript below. It was my Trust Pilot review that got them to move but it was a HORRIBLE conversation with their support rep.

Started off all about all the times they had try to call me. After the fact of course because I requested exchange way before the phone calls but the thing to notice is I started receiving phone calls after this review ......... not my request for Exchange through their policy because I never received response from that submission. Anyways ...... rude ...... wouldn't let me speak and the conversation was ALL ABOUT the review and the times they tried to contact me........... NOT MY EXCHANGE REQUEST.

Anyways ....... I'm F'd. The facts .......... I have a $700 Race Suit that they won't exchange for me.

I found all my dealings with Mohammad to be very honest. I was looking for a summer mesh jacket at very short notice and he had exactly what i wanted. GreatjCket and great service.

Needed some new bike gear and big shops did'nt have much shop stock to look at. Lucky Internet search. Great stock and at even better prices. Found what I was looking for at half the price of other shops. Mohammed didn't rush us, he talked through "the fit" as I tried on jackets and boots. Top notch customer service! Will definitely be back there again later this year...

Purchase waterproof boots from Dublinleather they arrived with 72 hours (quick online service). The boots were to small to fit me (my mistake).

Dublinleather could not have done more to assist in changing the boots. Great service experience overall.
