Quality Golf Shoes
The quality of the shoes are superb and more importantly they are very comfortable to wear. They were delivered on time and communications from the Duca del Cosma team was excellent. I am already thinking about buying a second pair.

Item did not arrive and Duca ignored my messages.
I'm a big fan of Duca Del Cosma shoes - I have five pairs - and so when I saw their gloves I thought I'd order one with a view to buying several if I liked it.
I ordered it on April 27 and received a confirmatory email.
Fedex emailed me on April 28 to say they had been notified there would be a shipment from Duca.
It's now May 9 and I've heard and received nothing since.
I've emailed Duca Del Cosma twice asking them what's going on and they have ignored my emails. The only thing I've received from them is an email asking me to write this review!!
Any company can take your money an sell you something, good or poor quality. What sets good companies apart is how they behave when something goes wrong, and in this Duca has been found sadly lacking.
My golf glove was "only" £24. Imagine paying ten times that for a pair of shoes, receiving nothing and then being ignored. It's just not worth the risk of ordering from Duca Del Cosma.

Simply wonderful shopping experience
Really like the products (comfort, design, etc) and the customer service and shopping experience is fantastic - easy, functional and very understanding customer team. I found it very difficult to find the right size, and went back and forth with returns, but the team were helpful and showed extreme patience and good will. Many thanks indeed.
