To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. Ducat sells EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team coins on Console and PC, and the amount ordered is the amount that arrives. Most coin shops pass the transfer tax on to the buyer, so an order of 100K lands short of 100K. Ducat pays that tax itself. Delivery is fully automated: nobody from the desk ever signs into a customer's club. Most orders land in under 30 minutes, and if the desk runs past its posted deadline, 10% of the order comes back automatically, without anyone having to ask. For seven days after delivery, the Make-Good stands behind the order at full value, not half of it and not store credit. Every order is tracked on a live receipt link from payment to delivery, and a human is on the desk around the clock, at desk@ducatdesk.com.
