this brand will steal youre money!!! after reading the reviews here it sounds like this has happened to many people. i think most of the positive reviews on here are fake because they only seem to appear right after a bad one is left. unless you are a influencer they dont care about taking your money and never sending you your order!! SCAM!!!!

Amazing quality and awesome customer service. I placed an order of a jacket that I wanted to take with me for a trip. As I ordered a bit late before my departure, they kindly offered to ship it to where I was traveling and managed to deliver it on time when I was there. Thank you very much again. Would order again and totally recommend!

Bought the Luna Distressed leather jacket in Black colour size L. WOW. Beautiful jacket . Sturdy hardware zippers. Quality construction workmanship. Exactly as photos no surprises. I removed the large shoulder pads for personal preference. Fits as described. Highly recommend as it’s so original and timeless.

I bought the shearling bucket hat. I also messaged the business on WhatsApp about other items and they were very responsive and got back to me quickly. I love my new hat and can’t wait to wear it!

I saw this jacket on a celeb and had to have it. I ordered it and it was sent promptly. Arrived completely securely and the quality is amazing. I love this jacket so much. The customer service after was brilliant. I will be back!

DO NOT BUY FROM DUCIE.

I wish I had read these reviews about the company being a SCAM before I ordered. I bought a faux fur jacket from them, in a size Medium. When it arrived it was too small across the back, (which I found surprising as I’m a UK size 6, but had wanted it to be oversized. I also noticed their sizing is very un-inclusive, starts at an XXS but only goes up to a L). I contacted Customer Service who told me they didn’t do exchanges, only refunds so I’d have to return it and re-order in a different size. So I immediately packed it back up and sent it back (at my expense), and re-ordered a larger size in good faith that my refund for the original jacket was coming imminently.

However, I then was told that my refund was having 15% deducted from it because there was a “mark around the neck area” and a “smell of perfume” on it. I cannot stress enough that I tried on this jacket for all of 5 MINUTES before realising it didn’t fit, putting it straight back in the box it came in, all the labels still on, and sent it back asap. I own a retail business so I know you can’t refuse a refund based on a perfume smell, as by the same logic you wouldn’t allow customers to try on clothing in a shop if they had perfume on. I refute the claim anyway, as like I said I wore it for a matter of minutes. As for the mark on the collar (which is faux fur so hard to mark), I asked to see a photo of the damage I was being charged for, but don’t expect they’ll reply. They also deducted the £10 shipping fee, when on their website it says only a £3 postage fee would be taken.

I would return the replacement jacket I had already bought before this happened as I want nothing to do with them, but I don’t trust that they wouldn’t steal more money from me. Instead I plan on wearing it often and warning anyone who asks me about it what an awful scam of a company Ducie is.

I’m very happy with my purchase! I was waiting longer than expected but at the end it was worth the wait. Thank you Ducie for this beautiful piece of art!

I bought a Rochelle coat about one month ago. Shipping time is honestly very long but I m very happy with my coat.
High quality of materials(soft mongolian shearling), it's a nicely made product and a really warm coat.
It looks great on me and I love blonde color.

Scam company and never got shipping details. It looks like they’re scamming everyone.

This company stole my money and hasn’t responded to any requests for updates for days. They deleted my comments on Instagram, didn’t respond to messages, emails or texts. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
