HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Went in to get my hair done at the store in London. Left UNSATISFIED. The two girls working in front were so incredibly RUDE and SNOBBY. I would never go in a million years absolutely not. Horrible customer service I will be telling everyone not to go here!

Made me wait 45 minutes

Hi there,

I’m disappointed in the service I got today at your salon. I booked a braids style which includes a wash. I asked if you would be washing my hair and never heard an answer back except to confirm my bookings (see below).
There was no mention of the included wash OR of you extended my appointment times and pushing back my appointments - which you did.

Because of this, I waded my hair this morning ahead of my appointment. When I was getting my braids done I was asked if I want a wash but was never told this was included or explained that I could still get one based on what I booked.

I then proceeded to sit in a chair for 35 minutes without any update on why I’m waiting. It APPEARED to me like someone came in after me and got seated to get their nails done during my appointment time.

When I asked the woman at the desk about it, she told me it’s because you extended my appointment time due to a wash, which again was always included in my booking AND never confirmed to me you were doing this. On top of it the nail lady was running late. So not only did you extend my appointment time for no reason and didn’t inform me I could get my hair washed with my booking but then you’re late on top of it. I would expect a common courtesy of informing me what my appointment included, you could have asked me if my hair was long or thick (which it isn’t) and you could have told me you’re extending my appointment time and therefore should have updated my other bookings to reflect the new start time.

All of this aside, I have had an extremely stressful month and I’m travelling all next week for work. This was my Saturday to pamper myself before I work on Sunday and I feel like my time wasn’t valued, I wasn't kept informed and another customer was given priority over my booked time.

I go to a duck and dry nearly every other week and have been for years but my past few experiences have been poor and this one tops it off. I’m extremely frustrated and will be thinking twice before booking here again.
