What a refreshing way to keep connected

I've been using this app for a few months now. I wasn't expecting to love it as much as I do. In particular I like the 'nests' which have been a great way to keep in touch with my siblings - we've been so much better connected since we made a nest together and refreshing to keep in the loop with each others authentic lives and feelings. It has also delivered a few great pieces of personal insight which has influenced my daily actions or choices for the better.

I’ve used a mental health app before…

I’ve used a mental health app before years ago and found it to be quite boring and stiff. It was as astute as this and the reason being didn’t really feedback insights. Also, tips to maintain a healthy thinking were formulaic. This app goes further and it’s like you’re speaking directly to an experienced counsellor, who hears you and offers productive insights. I line it so much I’ve recommended it to a friend who is a university lecturer and they’ve suggested it to their students and would recommend it to anyone wanting to check-in with themselves and their nest!

Taught me so much about myself

I feel this Duck Score is what the world needs right now. We spend so much time painting this amazing picture of our lives on social media (often to complete strangers!), we've lost the ability to take off the mask and communicate authentically. I find the journalling along with the insights has taught me so much about myself, and when I've needed it, my nest is there for support and has taken the guesswork out of checking in.

Staying in touch with the people I love ❤️

I love this app. It helps me journal in a very easy way, helping me to spot the “boosters” that give me energy and the “detractors” that sap it away. But what I love most is that I can stay in touch with different groups in my life. Less than a minute and I have a snapshot of my family, my friends, my sports team, and my college friends. I can see if my people are having a tough time and put an arm around them. Awesome!
